I was threatened by Walmart employees and others while entering Walmart, while shopping etc. Some of the threats were verbalized. The verbalized threats were: they said they would kill me, they said they would rob, aggravated kidnap me, some said they were felons, they said they were stealing, they said they were contaminating the food, they made false accusations etc. Other threats included robbery of paper towels with trash bags that I bought with my food, they made false accusations, being stalked by them, and they tried to injure me physically. Most of this was recorded on audio and video. The cashier threatened me before I went on line. He tried to trick me by putting the bottles of water in a bag, single bagging bags with sharp ends and with glass, haphazardly putting the contents in the bags, he rushed me, he did not turn the last bag in my direction for me to take after I already paid for everything I bought etc. I also had to double some of the bags yet I was rushed, and threatened by employees etc. when the lines were very short. I was also almost hit and run over by a woman in a blue green used mid sized car with peeling paint around the top of the vehicle as she tried to run me over while I carried my groceries from behind me, after I finished shopping mostly for food and I paid for everything with my debit card(I also have a printed receipt), and I was walking in the parking lot where there were almost no vehicles. She accelerated at me from behind reaching speeds of up to 25 miles per hour in the parking lot. I ran to the side towards a light pole. I was also stalked others in driving vehicles in the parking lot. I was also threatened while waiting for the buses, on the buses by a cop with their(singular) firearm and others, while walking, while crossing the street. This cop turned while facing me in front of the high school and grabbed their(singular) firearm as the bus passed that I was on. I was also threatened on this bus by numerous others. I was also threatened the other times while shopping at Walmart etc. These employees and others wanted to traffic, pimp children, other sexual abuses, smoke and sell illegal drugs such as methamphetamines and crack, committed numerous other crimes. Sexual offenders who are employed by Walmart etc.

This store is absolutely terrible. Do not buy ANY guns or ammunition from this location. My husband was interested in buying a hunting rifle and was browsing the sample book located at the service desk. He pointed out the one he was looking for and the associate pulled one out. My husband was able to hold it and look over it but noticed that the barrel length was off. He mentioned to the associate and he INSISTED NUMEROUS TIMES EVENTUALLY BECOMING IRRITATED WITH US THAT IT WAS THE CORRECT ONE! He replied that the picture just was different. We as customers trusted him and went ahead and purchased it. As we continued shopping, my husband further investigated and it and discovered that it in fact WAS NOT the correct gun. My husband, completely enraged, visited the counter once again and was refused his money back or even exchange for the correct gun! WE HAD JUST PURCHASED IT LESS THAN 20 MINUTES AGO! My husband called back and forth for a week and spoke to various "management" and of course was never refunded nor allowed to exchange it. I personally visited that same store, like a moron, and took a picture of the ammunition I needed to purchase for my husband for his birthday and again the employee grabbed it for me, I paid for it and was on my way. (Never gave it a second thought. Again, I know nothing about that kind of stuff so i trusted what he handed me.) My husband used that ammunition this past weekend and it was the wrong stuff!! I cant say the rest of the employees are terrible but the individuals working the counter in sporting goods are an embarrassment! Save your money and frustration and go elsewhere!

So i went to walmart with my 17 year old sister and my 1 year old daughter.. as im paying in the self checkout one of the employees cames over and tells me "let show you how to use the self check out" she come over and starts taking everything out of my cart and puts it on the register and says "you put everything here first and the you scan it and bag it so that i can see what your taking" of course at this point im frusted and ask her if she wants to scan my groceries so she can be sure im not stealing anything.. the whole time im paying shes staring at me.. i finish paying for my groceries and a foil ballon for my daughter. As im walking away she yells infront of other employees and customers "you did not pay for that ballon" by now im mad shes accusing me infront of all these people so she walks over and i tell her its one of the first things i payed for and she literally laughed in my face and says no you did not. So i show her my receipt and sure enough i had the ballon on it. I asked to speak with her manager and she points towards a supervisor i go and the supervisor calls the manager When the manager finally gets there she tells me that the employee has every right to verify my receipt and i tell she did not verify anything she just accused me.. and she says "ok ill talk with her".. and that was it... they have horrible service this older lady Susana very rude and had absolutely no manners.. and this is the store where i spend hundreds of dollars a month. This walmart has horrible service.

Went in and heard announcement over the intercom saying all Easter items are 5 cents. I went and filled my cart with Easter and some fishing items and went to the back service area to check out, half of the Easter things were coming out to five cents. I just happen to be recording my kids in store so I caught the intercom on video on my phone and the guy named Jon checking me out didnt want to look at it or hear it and started to get upset because he had to call management. A lady from management came over and she also didnt want to hear me out and called upper management and they said only some stuff was 5 cents. Bad service here. The girl manager gave me attitude and they said they would honor it. Its crazy that no one working there pays attention to the intercom. And I caught it on video and they were refusing to even look and just giving me attitude. Not shopping at this Walmart anymore every person I delt with gave me attitude and a hard time. They also refused at first to give my father his fishing license for free since he is a 100%retired Veteran and he didnt have to pay for fishing or hunting licences. They also had to call management because they clearly werent trained right. He brought the paperwork needed and they still gave him a hard time. I guess thats how they treat vets. People are rude and not trained to work in their departments.

This location is ALMOST ALWAYS crowded. I live nearby, but I try not to shop here. Why? just endless long lines. I dont want to waste my precious time waiting. There were two incidents in which I gave up what I had collected in my cart and just left this store, because the lines were so long. I had then a few cheap items to buy and decided to go nearyby convenience store (family mart) to buy them, which should be faster, instead of waiting at this Walmart. I talked to an assistant manager once, and complaint to several employees, telling the manager to pay more attention to the issue. Allocate the resources (employees) more efficiently! Things dont seem to improve! Walmart should spend more time training their local managers. The manager of this location needs to analyze the traffic (when there are more customers shopping and when less). This manager doesnt seem to have learned those skills. Walmart! Tell your managers not try to cut down personnel expenses by hiring less employees than necessary. It will hurt your business, making potential customers upset and driving them away. And teach your managers the concept of statistics and basic management skills!
