Sometimes you can tell as much or more about a company if you have a problem than by a number of years of perfect service. No way I can say more about the delicious fresh chiles from "The Hatch Chile Store" than has already been posted by others! They have been our go to supplier for wonderful fresh green chiles for a number of years now without a hitch of any kind. Well this year there was a minor hitch, nothing of any real consequence but enough that we felt the need to call them. Man-o-man, if you think the chiles are great you oughta see the customer service in action! Very refreshing! Problem solved quickly and professionally with our chiles arriving today. These folks are fantastic as are the chiles, guess what were having for dinner to night? LOL! I recommend getting your green chile craving solved by the fine folks at "Berridge Farms" through "The Hatch Chile Store" without reservation! We will be back next year if not sooner.

LOVE THIS PLACE!!! We fell in love with green chile last year when we traveled to Santa Fe. Ate them on anything we could. So of course I wanted some to cook with when I got home. Berridge Farms was recommended and I could not be happier with the results. I pre-ordered 10 lbs of mild and 25 lbs of medium chile... I received a heads up email about projected ship date and a followup email to track my order. I requested a different ship date, which was easily honored. The chile? OMGosh, they arrived in PERFECT condition, one day earlier than predicted with FedEx. We have eaten some (delish), I made salsa (delish) and the rest are in my freezer ...I dont think 35 lbs is too much for a family of 2. It may not last us til next season..:( This farm as a fabulous source for green chile.

I used to live in New Mexico and while I miss it all of the time, at least I do not have to miss the green chile taste unique to that special quadrant of the planet. I started ordering from the Hatch Chile store about four years ago, and each August we wait with anticipation for our large box of Big Jims. That evening, we make a party of it. Beer, wine, and the spicy scent of roasted chilies. Anyone who helps, gets wonderful green chile quesadillas, and are sent home with their own zip-lock bag of green heaven. I HIGHLY recommend this farms chiles. I noticed this year that both Whole Foods and Fred Meyers in the Portland, Oregon area were selling "Hatch" chiles. I tried them out. They could not compare.....

We used to live in New Mexico and got addicted to Hatch Green Chile (no doubt!) Since moving back to Florida wed had about all the poblanos we could stand so we ordered fresh green chile Big Jims online from Berridge Farms. They shipped immediately after picking season and arrived fresh, big, and perfectly medium hot!! We roasted and ate them too fast so now have ordered more. I highly recommend Berridge Farms for your fresh, authentic Hatch chile fixes!

Prompt delivery, gorgeous fragrant peppers! Shipping is pricey because of the need to get the product quickly but really worth it in the end! Now I know where to get peppers every year since we cant find them in NW Florida.
