The store is a mess the manager screams over the loud speaker for customers to hurry up to the front or if children are walking through the store she screams over the speaker again its rude and unprofessional The cashier was nice he helped me with some purchases i couldnt decide where worth buying all this place is a wreck the line is far away from the registers with a small sign people cant even see I also heard a women screaming at staff to not speak Spanish while I was searching through books this place is just a bad experience waiting to happen clothes are kind expensive and they dont have a return policy so if you buy a 20$ DVD player and it doesnt work then youre out of 20$ no exchanges even if you bring it back with a receipt not even a testing area for items the only reason I gave it a 2 was because some staff where nice

This place is awful! My wife is a pinup model so were always trying to find unique things. Not only is the selection of clothes and other items mediocre but the prices are way too high for such low quality. And the most irritating problem of all is how rude the employees are. Im talking ZERO customer service skills. I used to work in a high traffic retail environment so I know it can be tiresome but there is no excuse for talking to customers rudely and popping gum in their ear. I was very close to cussing someone but it wouldnt make me any better if I did. DISGUSTING people working in this place. DONT BOTHER!!!!

As a thrift store its quite good. It has good items in stock and good deals if you look for them. The only thing I dont like is probably the stores interior, it looks old and boring and make me want to leave if I stay too long. My advice (if any employee from there is reading this) add some better colors, maybe new flooring or something. But passing on that, despite the stores look it still has good deals, service and "ok" employees.

I dont like to give a bad review to a place like a thrift store, because I absolutely love them, but this place was a wasted drive. I had a wide range of things I needed (recently moved here) including clothes, shoes, and general household items. Couldnt find anything worth buying, and the prices were HIGH. $20 for an old used comforter? The selection wasnt big, but the prices were sure optimistic.

I walked in their just because driving by, it was just horrible.. The things are expensive, A USED radio from the 90s that did not work $25 when u can go to a big department store and buy a new working radio for around $10, also had a used toilet seat! For sale Used! All electronics are broken, toys missing parts, and close well used.. Thankyou and sorry for the review.

Seems to be the last "Thrift Town" I can find. The two others I would go to are gone. Id hate to see this one leave because its my favorite thrift store around. When I visited this one I had a wonderful experience as well! The cashier lady was super nice and joked around a bit. Ill have to visit again soon.

This is one of the better thrift store I have been in. Most of theses types of stores have stuff everywhere....but that is not the case with this thrift store. The music was playing; tuned to oldies and the clothes do in fact go up to past 60 in big mens sizes! Rare!

Restroom is nasty and there was no tissue paper or soap. Human feces was on the wall of the restroom. Some items are over priced. Ive never received an email and Im a vip member. Not even the manager can tell me how to reset my password on my vip account.

I have been going here for YEEEARS and not only have they kept up with the times as far as advertising but theyve managed to keep that same feeling I got walking in with my grandma from 20 years ago. And the music is traditional American. Love It!

This is my 2nd favorite place to thrift in Dallas. They send out awesome coupons every month that make your savings that much more substantial. My favorite Dallas thrift store of all is St.Vincent De Paul by Bachman Lake.

Love how much great finds I have found. If youre a Vip member you get great coupons on top of sales. Clothes is in pretty great shape. Very organized and by sizes not by colors. Plus they have fitting rooms

I have this site a 3 star..BUT..feel it will get better..With the other Thrift Towns closing and Westmoreland getting their merchandise it will get FULL..Normally shopped NRH store....Will miss it

My all time Favorite Shop Spot for Great Deals on children clothes and shoes, which they grow out of so quickly. Here I can buy clothes at a Awesome Price and Donate the clothes they dont need..

This location is dirty and run down, bathrooms needed cleaning, proper soap dispensers and new doors.Definetaly in need of a make-over. I miss my local location off of highway 26 :(

Hit or miss. Alittle cluttered for it to be such a large location. Everything has its own area however the areas are not well maintained.
