I consider myself to be very patient and pretty understanding but the employees at this store have been inconsistent at best and I have been flat out lied to by some of them (unfortunately I dont know which portion of them lied to me...). I have been looking for an EVO for about 3 weeks now and I called this store 2 weeks ago and tried to have my name put on the "list" and the salesperson told me that they do not use a "list" at this store because it is more trouble than it is worth so it is first come first serve. I then asked how often they are getting shipments in and she said that they get in 4 or 5 with each shipment and that they dont exactly know when the shipments are coming in but that they have been receiving them almost everyday so it is best to just come in in the mornings and see if they have a shipment. Great, I can handle that. I showed up the next morning and asked the greeter if they had any EVOs in and he said no but check back in later in the morning and see if they have more. I did that, I ran some errands and checked back and they hadnt received any that day. Again, thats fine, I realize that it is not their fault they dont have any phones and these are sold out all over town but neither time did he mention anything about a "list" being in place or anything like that, which is odd... why say come back in a few hours if there is a list... So I called this morning and asked if they had any EVOs and the salesperson said no but that they havent received their shipment in yet and to try again later (no mention of a "list" nor did she ask if my name was on a "list"). So I was out and about so I stopped by round 11:00 and i walked in and asked if they had EVOs in stock and the greeter says "yes, but unfortunately the phones we have in stock are for the people that have put their name on our "list"". I told him what I had been told about that store not using a "list" and how the employees their had been advising me to check in the store in the mornings to see if any were available and all he kept saying was "Im sorry, bro.. but we have a list. Im sorry bro." Nothing like repeatedly being called a bro by some Sprint salesperson in skinny jeans. It looks like this store needs to clean up its act.

Having been an ATT Wireless customer for over 10 years, I had been reluctant to change. The time to upgrade 2 of our 4 phones had come & it would have added quite a bit more to our monthly bill to upgrade to the latest phones had we chosen to go that route. We had been hearing all the hype about Sprint saving half of plan costs versus ATT so we opted to go that route. I was not looking forward to the ordeal of changing phones over & moving all information from phone to phone. I spent about an hour discussing features, plans & benefits with Anise & she as a total Pro!!! She made that part of the transition seamless. She told me that she would not be at that store when I came back to trade in the phones but assured me I would be in great hands with Andrew. When we did come in to change the phones & sign up, Andrew was at the top of his game as well. He walked us through the process & did all the work necessary to transfer all info to each phone. Once back at home, not used to Apple operating system, I had a few issues come up. I visited the store the next day where Rose & her team addressed & fixed the issues while I waited. Anise, Andrew & Rose are top notch employees for Sprint & provided exceptional customer service & support. We highly recommend them & this location. Q

Went into this Sprint store for a help with my phone. There were literally two other customers in the store. Was put on a waiting list. started playing with some phones. At about 40 minutes I was fed up and about to leave didnt want to have to go through the whole process again. The 3 sales people lagged around, watched as one employee had been there for almost 30 minutes trying to turn on computers. Was helped after an hour and 15 minutes!! and at this point there were 14 people on the list behind me. At the rate they were going they would have reached that last customer in about 7 hours. If you have a lot of free time to play with gadgets and the patience of a saint this is the store for you! Otherwise stay away!! Youll only walk away feeling like you wasted half your day and then spend another 15 minutes venting on the internet.:)

Normally I will do anything to avoid cellphone reps, they only seem to be there to make a buck and screw you over, not with these two. Request Andrew or Rose, no matter the issue they will help find you the best solution to resolve it. They give the best customer service and actually seem to care about your cell service and making sure your money goes farther. Sprint is on their way to the top and these two are helping it get there quickly. If you havent tried their improved network yet, switch over now while their deals are still insanely good. As far as parking goes, just go directly into the underground garage, theres always spaces available and your vehicle isnt sitting in the sun. Theres an elevator that pretty much brings you directly to the Sprint store.

This is probably the first time my entire life saying this about a Sprint store, but they had probably some of the best customer service I have ever seen for a cell phone shop. The girl who helped us named Brittany was just so incredibly genuine and helpful without pressuring us into any particular sale. She went over all of our options with us and was just a complete delight to work with. I will be coming back to this store and this store only for future purchases. Edit: also some other review on here says that there is no cell phone reception in Dallas. I just want to make it very clear that that is completely wrong. I get great coverage even indoors all over the city.

I visited this location for the first time this past weekend, and I really am grateful that I stumbled upon this location. From the time I entered the store, to the moment that I left, I received excellent customer service! They did not let me leave until I was completely taken care of. The associates were all great, but Andrew and Shane were so AMAZING!! They were so helpful and knowledgeable, helping me to sort out all of the lines on my account. The store atmosphere was very laid back, kind of quiet, yet busy at times, best of all the associates are not pushy; simply pleasant and professional.

Ok...for all you long time SPRINT customers, I have had the most amazing experience! Im in Dallas TEXAS and Ofer a "retail account consultant" is to be commended as well as the management team here. Im trying to recruit them to Bay Area...California! Rose and team Dallas are STARS and never in my lifetime would I have thought Sprint could change my attitude to the way they are doing service. Thank you ... Jose your attention to valuing long term customers is APPRECIATED! This is the first time Im leaving Sprint feeling great and happy to return. Id even fly back to avoid Sprint San Jose, CA.
