Absolutely hate this place. Im a 15 year old Hispanic male and I was shopping for gifts for the holidays on 12/10. I was shopping alone looking for crystal when I realized I was being followed. At first I tried to ignore this, but then as I moved around the store I noticed I was being followed by 5 employees. First a lady just circled around me several times just picking things up and putting them back down. Then I was followed by 2 men who I noticed that were looking specifically for me. "Did you see where that Mexican kid went?" "Yeah hes in that aisle, him right there!" As I turned around they immediately went in 2 separate directions and tried to box me in. I quickly met with my parents for safety and told them what was going on. We made a plan that I would to the farthest corner of the store and see what would happen. I met with my mom in a shoe aisle and waited patiently until the first lady came. I stepped out of the aisle to check and there she was rushing toward me. As soon as she saw me she immediately turned around and pretend to "fix" things. I later noticed that I was being followed by another employee in the womens shoe aisle. She had a mens shoe in her hand looking for a matching shoe...In the womens aisle. She then followed me to the bath/fitting room area and she kept "looking" for a for shoe...in the bath area...I then went to the center of a store where I was followed by another man. He followed me everywhere I went even to the front as I was checking out. After checking out I went to go find the manager of the store and asked if it could file a complaint. I explained the situation to her and she asked if I could show her the employees who followed me. We went around the store looking for them yet I only found 2, both of the women who followed me. Yet I only found 2 of the 5 who followed me. Funny how they were all in the same area (the back of the store) when i was there yet I could not find them anywhere in the store after I checked out. The manager told me wait and that she would talk to the employees. She never talked to the employees while I waited. And finally what surprised me most was what happened right before I left. A young African American male walked in and was immediately followed by the manager. She never let him out of his sight especially when he went to go look for jewelry at the jewelry help desk. I left with my parents and I infuriated that nothing was done and that the manager herself participated in this. I will never shop here again as this has not been the first time this has happened in this store. This is the last time Ill ever shop here ever.

It is always hot in your location on Preston road in Dallas Customers were complaining. I could not shop when it is 97 degrees outside and 80 degrees indoors. It was the same way last summer and I went home once again. Youre losing customers that are loyal for over 25 years. I went to Stein Mart and spent over $200. Get it together corporate offices Also your electricity shut off in the middle of the Heat and all the lights went out on the air conditioner shut off and we could not get out the front door period I was shopping for a wedding and had sweat dripping down my face and my hair soaked to the scalp period that is ridiculous.

RACIST , came in like any other customer , treated like TRASH. "Nannette" COMPLETE RACIST along with her bleach blonde dried out hair friend. SERIOUSLY 2016 and RACIST. Shouldve treated them the way they treated me, took the high road, kept my cool and reported them after the UNPLEASANT transaction. THANKS FOR RUINING MY DAY. I honestly hope you get shot in the face, your disgusting. Harsh words , but seriously ? How does tjmaxx allow racist to represent their company ?

I love this store and I have bee a loyal Costumer for more than 8 years I am just so so disappointed about this location Preston Rd Alexis Village bc in the las 6 months every time Im here making a purchase is always a long long waiting line for the registers and only 2 cashiers not even mentioned that a long time waiting for layaway Every employ are very nice and smiling. It make this situation more peaceful .

Yes, at certain locations there is a section in ladies apparel called The Runway. I discoverd it yesterday. They carry Etro, Hugo Boss, Roberto Cavalli, Alice + Olivia, Rock & Republic, and the list goes on and on... Great prices for such pricey brands. I found great Cavalli & Badgley Mischka blazers for less that $90 each! I am in love. Screw the department stores. I am spending my money at TJ Maxx.

Called 2 TJMaxx stores in Dallas.one on Preston & one on Central expressway. I was on hold for 30 minutes after a person answered the phone and said I will check for you. They never came back .I listened to 30 minutes music. Called back and another lady put me on hold again. I think some one needs to check on their customer service. Many thanks

This is such a great store. They have really great customer service here. The selection is good. Check out the skincare and beauty section. The mens selection isnt that good, but the baby section and gift sections are great. Electronics? Ehh.. I wouldnt go there for that. But great store for gift giving and skincare/beauty.

Always good to have a cheap place like tj max. Basically customer service is impossible besides cashing you out at the end since every week they get new merchandise and it sometimes gets messy because you gotta go through stuff but its always good to have a place such as this.

Customer service was terrible.. There was a line of 10 people needing to checkout and only one cashier.. There was another person behind the counter that was obviously too busy or just didnt care that there were people waiting. We will not go back to this location again.

I was told the person filling out an application to work at TJMAXX was an customer. I wanted to see some rings in the display. Should that be done in the back and I was planning on buying something. I guess not. Unprofessional.

This store offers many products from sleepwear to toiletries, including many coffee mugs and winter decorations. This is the perfect place to go Christmas shopping for the home!

Not as much selection as other TJ Maxxs. Line took way too long, there were only two registers open. The Manager did acknowledge this and apologized so 3 stars

Best TJ Maxx ever!!!! they have the best selection even designer names as well. Store for the most part is clean and the customer service is awesome!!!
