I have tried to reach someone at this tattoo place for the last couple days. They did a navel piercing for me about 2 weeks ago. The barbell used was for an eyebrow piercing instead of a navel piercing and caused the ball to go into my skin. I have an open wound on my stomach (yes i said stomach as the piecer plcd it in the wrng plc) i wll have to go to the ER and have them seal up the open wound. So thanks for the wonderful experience and callbacks pain and pleasure it was worth the ER bill and weeks of pain i hv accured it was well worth it..NOT I WILL NEVER GO BCK N I WILL MAKE SURE I TELL EVERYONE ABOUT MY "Wonderful" experience

I had dermals in my chest not too long ago. The person who did it ( dont know his name) was very professional. A week later I noticed that my piercings were falling out I had a whole in my chest basically. I went back and was charged for them to redo it , the person at the counter was very rude like it happened to him. Not even a few weeks later both were lopsided and falling out again. Eventually they fell out and now Im left with two buldging scars . I dont know what went wrong but I hate that it didnt work out

I had my belly button pierced a year ago from this shop for my birthday (I know Im beyond late for a review but it has to be done). They were amazing and definitely put us at ease! They even recorded it for me <3 I had no problems with infections and when I was too impatient to wait until I was supposed to change my piercing, I called them and they walked me through switching it out. I will be back for my nose piercing...probably today, my birthday AGAIN, even though its now an hour away.

We do have a sign up saying that " We will not help you if youre on your cell phone" and do point that out to customers so we can have a professional conversation. I was born and raised and Dallas and actually got my 2nd tattoo at Pain and Pleasure. Although there was a small wait, they were highly professional. Angel did my tat and I was honestly nervous to the point of constant shaking...lol...but Angel made me feel totally comfortable. I got a gemini sign, with the word gemini on my upper shest, and it looks fantastic! I would definitely recommend them and go back!

This place is very friendly.... the guy who did my belly and tongue piercing his name is Josh was very nice. He made my tongue piercing a little pain free and my belly pain free. I thought I was going to scream when he did my tongue but I didnt lol.... And my mom is very strick on tattoo shops but she really loves pain and pleasure tattoo shop. We will go back soon for a tattoo

They are ignorant. They dont know what they are talking about and led to a blow out in one of gauges. I went to a separate tattoo shop in Duncanville and they told me a lot of people come in there to get their tattoos fixes that they got from pain and pleasure. Sorry if I sound illiterate in my review Im still dealing with the pain from the blow out.

The worst experience ever. Poor customer service. I will never return. The owner is very rude along with the front desk clerk. This company will be reported for poor customer service and no professionalism what so ever. Thumbs down. I will share on every social media sites. I wouldnt recommend this tattoo parlor to anyone.

My brothers and I went in to get a family tattoo, and were literally blown away with the final product. No issues with the artist (who was amazing), creative input on the sketch, no issues with any portion of the tattoo process. Definitely going back to get some more work done, and would highly recommend to a friend.

I came in to get triple helix in one ear, tragus in both ears, nose, and belly piercing at the same time, and - I regret not catching the guys name - but he was nice, quick, and efficient. Everyone there though was super friendly and laid-back. I will definitely return to this parlor for more piercings in the future.

This place wants to charge me $500 for a small tatt, they aint that great artist. I also got a tatt about 2 yrs ago, while I was getting it done this "artist" uses his fkng mouth to blow a piece of paper that landed on the tattoo while he was doing it. This guys are not even clean.

I was very pleased with their service!! The guy that did my nose piercing was very gentle and walked me through the process and breathing (to take my mind off the pain). He made the process alot smoother and less painful!! I will for sure go back to the shop for anything else.

I went here in December2015 to get my nose pierced for the third time. I was kind of skeptical on getting it due to previous experiences at other shops. The guy who did my piercing did it so fast, my eye didnt even get watery. Great place for piercings and tats

I went up here two weeks ago in April of 2016 and got my nipples pierced by Josh and it was an AWESOME experience. He made the experience comfortable and he was very friendly and funny as hell and so was the guy (cant remember his name) at the front desk.

This place is freaking amazing, Matt did at calf tattoo for me last night and I couldnt be more thrilled with it, they are true professionals with a ton of talent. Not to mention good prices deffenetly wont be going anywhere else any time soon

My go to place for piercings. I got my Ashley piercing done a few months ago. The guys are so nice & laid back. If you have any questions or problems they dont hesitate to help you. I will be back for my next piercing very soon

They are wonderful people in this place and they do terrific work. Weve had piercings done and tattoos done here. We love going here, they make the experience fun and you dont get nervous or scarred while your there.
