Love the staff there. I just read the other 2 reviews, and Im not sure what went on in there two years ago, but, it is nothing like that. I have been using Circle Pawn here in Crosby for one year now. They have always been SUPER fair on pawn amounts. They make you feel welcome and are very nice, they are like a big family up there. If they are rude or nasty to anyone, I would have to imagine it is because people have a hard time accepting reality on an items worth sometimes... I know that this staff wouldnt just lie down and take someones craziness, and would not make them feel welcome in their business (just like I would if someone came into my shop and acted a fool, lol), so that might be the issue with the previous reviews...just sayin. ...and as far as saying they have crappy items, thats so relative... it really depends on what youre looking for in shops like this... and it changes all of the time... but, haters are going to hate. :-) As a new mom, they have really helped me make it through a few tough times, financially. I have several items I take up there to pawn about once or twice a year, and they always make it less embarrassing than I thought it would be, and they have a fair interest rate for the type of business theyre in. As long as you go back and get your items (ie: dont stab them in the back), they will take care of you. I will continue to use this Pawn Shop anytime i get in a jam with my bills. - Cherie Rowan

My husband went into circle pawn shop today to return a tool that was purchased from there that didnt work. He was talking to an employee and the employee along with other employees started making racists remarks stating "He needed to go back to Mexico." The security guard on duty told the staff they needed to chill and there was also a Hispanic employee telling them the same. I called back to speak with a manager I spoke with Eric and he was just as rude. The customer service here is horrible and we will NEVER give them additional business. I will be reporting them to the BBB.

The employees dont know what theyre looking at 90% of the time and the give unrealistic prices to people trying to sell. The employees were not friendly at all they actually pretty rude. Everything in this place is basically junk anyways. I honestly dont know how its open still.

They try to lowball you. Tried to only give me $300 for a camera that I paid $1300 for with an extra lens. They had the exact same lens sitting in a case and asking $149.99 for just the lens.

Looked at a camera they had and I could buy the exact same one NEW at best buy with warranty and all the extras for the SAME PRICE. Rude manager, not sure how they stay in business
