ACTUALLY, A MINUS, MINUS EXPERIENCE: SATURDAY, APRIL 14, 2017, WALKED INTO GW STORE LOCATED AT 2961 S PORT AVE, IMMEDIATELY STRUCK WITH THE STENCH OF FECES. AS I CONTINUED TO WALK IN TO LOCATE AN EMPLOYEE AND INQUIRE AS TO THE STENCH, MY NOSE IMMEDIATELY BEGAN TO RUN, EYES TEARED UP. LOCATED EMPLOYEE, ASKED ABOUT THE SMELL AND WAS INFORMED THAT "WE ARE HAVING TROUBLE WITH THE PLUMBING IN THE RESTROOMS, THERE ARE SOME MEN WORKING ON IT". I ASKED TO SPEAK TO MGR, A SECOND FEMALE CAME OUT. I STATED THAT THIS SEEMED LIKE A SERIOUS ISSUE AND PERHAPS EVEN A HAZARDOUS MATERIAL PROBLEM AND UNSAFE FOR HUMANS TO BE IN SUCH CLOSE PROXIMITY TO THE SEWAGE. SHE GAVE ME A BLANK LOOK. I ASKED FOR THE MGR. A PHONE CALL WAS MADE, CONVERSATION WAS HELD WITH THE MGR, A CARD WAS THRUST AT ME AND TOLD TO IT FILL OUT AND THE MGR WOULD LOOK AT IT ON MONDAY AS SHE WAS ON A DAY OFF. WHEN I SPOKE TO THE MGR OVER THE PHONE AND SUGGESTED THAT SHE NEEDED TO COME IN, CLOSE THE STORE TO PROTECT SHOPPERS FROM BREATHING IN THE FECAL SPORES IN THE AIR HER RETORT WAS "I AM ON A DAY OFF AND I AM NOT COMING IN!" END OF CONVERSATION. I AM NOW IN THE PROCESS OF CONTACTING ANY AND ALL OFFICIAL CAPACITY DEPARTMENTS, AND THE CALLER TIMES TO REPORT THIS BLATANT DISREGARD FOR THE SAFETY OF GW SHOPPERS AND THEIR CHILDREN. THIS IS A DISGUSTING DISPLAY OF THE CUSTOMER DOESNT MATTER

Prices are too high and given the fact that they only donate 20¢ out of $1.00 to charity! I rather donate to the salvation army!!!!! At least I know they feed the homeless!!! And help out with more that goodwill will ever!

OK I understand they are donating to charity but the prices are insulting. Trying to sell old out dated electronic equipment at prices equal to or higher to new technology items you can buy new at a local retailer.

The A/C is always broken, and the dressing rooms have no ventilation and always smell like urine. The clothes are so tightly packed onto the racks, its difficult to look at the clothes.
