Ok so I went down in June to get help with my rent . I went down and filled it out and the lady name Molly said she would help its dec and she still didnt help like WTF? my manger and me and another lady have called and called her and I even went down 3 times and its the same bullshit . all she does is give us excuses. My manger is waiting for her to help me. Does anyone know who I can talk to that is above her because this is ridiculous. And yes that lady at the front desk is a B dont know why she gotta treat other like trash .

They dont sell clothing or household goods or whatever. But they do have a very nice food bank. The people at the front desk are very helpful. Someone was able to come to my car to get a large donation of food that I had collected in our apartment building for the month of March. It was extremely helpful because I am a handicapped person and was not going to be able to get the groceries delivered without their help.

I love everyone else who works in the office, but the woman at the front desk is so rude it really DOES make you wish you never came. Other than that they have been a blessing.
