This is a nice facility and with the volume of donations and people rummaging through the thousands of pieces, they keep it pretty tidy. I do agree with others that many of their items are way overpriced and I can find cheaper and often better quality on "5 Mile". However, consumer, be advised: if you by furniture and need help loading it into your vehicle, make sure the item clearly fits. They will NOT cover any damage when it is their fault. Apparently they have signage posted that if you buy furniture, it is all your responsibility once you purchase it. My story: I had a couple of nice guys help load a piece that didnt fit in my car very well and they ended up shoving it in damaging the side arm rest on my door. I didnt realize this damage was happening becasue when I help position it, it wasnt damaging anything. I walked around to the other side to get in and to help guide it, and more importantly, to see if it would even fit. Before I realized it, it was being shoved. They were trying help and were very sweet but between 2 guys, they didnt see it was smashing/ripping my console. Once we pulled it out, we all saw the damage and he realized it was his fault. I spoke with a manager and they have NO policy or coverage and I was told it was my fault because it was my car. I had to assure this manager that I wasnt accusing them of purposely doing it nor was I villifying them. I am not even all that mad--I just wanted a just resolution for something they did to my car. Nope, not with ("good will") Goodwill-where accountability for their employees is non-existent. I know accidents happen but with an organization of this size, they should have some sort of incidental insurance in place for issues like these.

A-OK in my book. We try to donate as much stuff as we can, versus just tossing it out. I wish I had the patience to hold it for the neighborhood garage sale, but this is so much easier (and potentially tax detectable, be sure to ask for a receipt). Just pull up to the side of the building and the helpful attendant will unload for you. Do note the sign (see picture) describing what will NOT be accepted. This location is surprising well organized and clean. I like how they have put "vintage clothing" in a special area called "The Funky G Boutique" (see picture), though I have no idea what the "G" is for. Got a disco party to go to? You may very well find your outfit here. Quite a bit of art too. Is that a Degas I see? Another thing at this location is the "Auction Case" (see photos). Basically its the "good" stuff. Theres a book, by the cashier, where you can enter a bid (or see the highest bid). I think there is also a live auction, though Ive never been. Im also not sure how it works with the auction book and the live auction. Perhaps an "in person" person can outbid the book? Oh, and if you are a senior (55+), you get a discount (be sure to ask).

On July 25, I went to this Goodwill and observed the price was missing on this table. I went to the cashier and asked for assistance. She announced it overhead and no one showed up. While I was standing near the table a young female worker came by. I asked her for assistance and she said she was helping someone else. So I went back up from and this same female was standing there doing nothing. The cashier asked her to assist me and she rolled her eyes. RUDE...RUDE. SHE NEEDS TO BE FIRED! She went to the table and quoted me some off the top of head price. I asked her how did she come up with this price... she said because I am in retail and I can. I hope this get to the District Manager because there is no need for anyone to be treated like this. If a price was on the table, I wouldnt had to ask.

The cashier was rude & took 5 minutes before she even started to check me out! Ive been there many other times & people usually very nice but this one was rude & no eye contact & how dare I ask a question about the color of the week... Just fyi if your on a budget & go there thinking youll only get the items on the color of the week its only for tagged items not stickers... I know the difference but why would a company do this trickery... So I thought I was getting a great deal on baby items, dumbell & a few frames but because these items were stickered not tagged no discount! Its silly! They need to have that in bold print!... Long story longer I ended up purchasing items at full price & am happy! I feel silly thinking tag & stickers its the same color gotta be half off! Lol

In the search for some nice boots. I went goodwill hunting and went to about 7 good wills. This is buying far the most dirty and disgusting good will I have ever been to. Nothing is sorted by size. Things are mixed up everywhere. Looking for a dress? Forget about it you will have to go through a hundred or more since they are not by size. The fitting room doors were short and made me uncomfortable as they didnt lock. There were so many clothes left in all of the fitting rooms I had no place to set my purse and there were no hooks to hang anything. I found 1 item and after waiting in line for over 30 minutes I left. Good grief...none of the other ones are like that. Will shop at lake worth or saginaw from now on.

Absolutely horrible pricing a brand new pair of shoes at Walmart cost $3 or a new pair of shoes used to hear cost 799 a brand new pair of short short haircuts 799 a brand new pair of shorts on discount at Walmart cost $3 the prices are outstanding way too high but on basic youre buying for name brands but theyre still used there a very large variety of clothes but theyre nowhere near affordable its like youre going shopping at the mall with brand new prices and there you go its like they forgot their selling used items even underwear and bras are still marked $25

Overpriced and apparently theres a new policy that prices cant be lowered for flaws. What if the flaw had gone unnoticed by the person pricing the item? This just seems like a lazy way out. Also, I dont like to be told by the cashier that theres nothing they can do to help me. Obviously they can call a supervisor or give me the tools I need appeal for a lower price whether that is verbally or through a form or on their website. Bad attitude too. Zero stars for customer service from the pale, young girl working today at 1:25pm.

Last week was my first time to make donations to this store and will be the last one. I was "welcomed" for a man who dont say hello, thanks, bye, come back or speak any word so I was talking with my self. He dont answer me at all. He look at me like I smell poo. Check one by one my stuff like if he was checking poo. Dont help me with boxes and bags. Oh God really? Was a horrible experience I guess he think he was giving me a favor!! So Ill continue making donations to other places. By the way: Your welcome!!!!
