I used to go all the time (3-4 times per week) on my way home from work to pick up a koloche for me and my husband and a bear claw for my son. I wont be going by that location anymore. The guy started putting it all in the same bag.... if I wanted sugar on my koloche, Id order it glazed! So gross. I hope they read their reviews because this needs to stop. Also, they started using way too much bread in the koloche.

I went here expecting two ham and cheese kolachies and two chocolate donuts. Instead I got rude service and a hair in my food. (the order was wrong too, I asked for ham and cheese, I got sausage and cheese) The lady at the counter was extremely rude when I confronted her with the hair donut.

Very fast and friendly service at the drive through. This was my first time at a Shipleys in a while and the drive thru attendant was very kind and helpful! The blueberry cake donuts are my absolute favorite!
