Absolutely horrid experience in my time of need. PAID IN FULL for a part they said they would have in by 2pm its 3pm and NO PART! So our car is sitting on the side of the busiest highways in SA broken down and I desperately needed this part as promised when the swiftly took my cash payment! After I lost my mom I have no one to call for help so we rely on each other my hubby and I. We live around bulverde road which is super far from the original Napa we went to but it was close enough to the car. So my hubby hasnt been able to get to wk as it takes two to do this job(he & I). Waiting for this last part. He asked the guy if there was another location we could go and expressed our urgent situation. He said ritterman road which is across town from me and my car!!! The way they handled our call we could already tell we were gonna get no where fast with these folks. THey didt care and then say its just right there. Try 39mins away!!! So angry and disgusted with this place. NEVER EVER AGAIN!! I hate businesses that take your money up front then DONT deliver!!! Buyer be very aware!

Walked in and was greeted right away, not only was Sergio helpful he recommended a great battery With a great price. My fiance and i needed help putting in the batterym michael was SOOO helpful, tips,tricks, and we felt as he was a old friend helping us out. Because the service was the BEST we both have ever gotten we usually go to auto zone until a buddy told us about napa, so glad they did we will continue to only return to napa, and will also tell our friends. THANK you for all the help

Before I left my house called to see if part was in Stock said yes drove there place is closed no one picking up the phone. Hours on Sunday 9-5 place was closed when I arrived at 4:15
