I just moved from Ohio where I worked at a bakery that made amazing fresh donuts every day, so I know a good donut when I see one. I tried Snowflake donuts within a few weeks of moving to Texas and have to say I LOVE THEM! Their donuts are SO AMAZING and you can tell theyre always FRESH! My favorite is the caramel iced donut with a hot cup of coffee, but then again, I havent tried anything there I didnt like. They have great service and friendly faces, which doesnt hurt anything either. Keep up the good work!

They got my order wrong after I repeated my self 4 times. We ordered 6 doughnuts and the put them in individual bags instead of a box..work smarter not harder! Bunch of idiots . Also it says,they open at 5am and they dont..drove by several times thinking I could send kids to school with a,doughnut because I really do like them..I guess I need to find another doughnut shop.

I have always believed that when it comes to food, you have to critique the "basics" to get an idea for the establishment. Up until this morning I have been telling myself that Krispy Kreme makes the best glazed donut, but not anymore. Hands down, this is the BEST glazed donut I have ever tasted. I would describe the taste as "your most favorite childhood memory" ;)

This review is for their location off of HWY 46. Their donuts are great, customer service has lot to be desired. Drive tru customers are the priority, be prepared to wait 10 plus minutes before being helped or not at all. Save yourself time and stop just down the road at the old number 9 gas station. That gas station carrys Snowflake donut, and it is self service.

I have come here several times since I moved to Boerne and have been satisfied every time! My family highly recommends the fruit iced doughnuts (blueberry, Strawberry, lemon). The kolaches are great and I like that the filled doughnuts are filled upon request. I cant see why I would ever need to go to another doughnut place as long as I am in Boerne.

The not from around here review: Wow, talk about a great donut. These are for sure not what you find in a large chain donut shop or the ones in your local supermarket. When you bite in, theyre so light and airy. Space is not the biggest, but whatever, they make up for it in the awesome donuts and service.

Please get MORE HELP!! Its always the same slow service - I got stuck in the drive through line for over 15 minutes - if I could have driven over the curb to leave I would have! Its much worse if you go inside, no place to sit and not enough help at the counter.

I grew up eating Snowflake in Baytown and was sooooo excited to see them in Boerne. These are the best donuts hands down! Once you have Snowflake, nothing will compare. The owners and staff are the nicest people. All around great place!

They are commonly closed HOURS early then posted hours FYI!! 3rd time this has happened. I showed up at 10:15am and they dont close till 2. Tried at 5am, when they say they open, nope, 5:40am, nobody at the store!

Tried snowflake for the first time and what a great experience. Sausage and Egg croissant is huge and delicious. Donuts were fresh and warm. Then again it was at 5:45am. Great tasting donuts!!

Best donut shop in Boerne. My coworkers kept telling me about Snowflake and I finally tried it and see why they talk so much about it. Great donuts, coffee, and even breakfast sandwiches.

The wait is so long ! With 4 people in line it shouldnt take close to an hour! Hire more people , do something not everyone has an hour to wait .
