I like the HEB because they have a variety of things that you can use they have fresh fruit fresh vegetables they always so courteous they willing to help you find something I think its a great thing that they are where they are located right now and Everyone is always trying to get in and out they work real hard and this is another place where you can see about your license so they do some stuff for the downtown at the courthouse so if you ever need any help with that theyre there all right thank you

I am a big fan of the HEB company in general. They have competitive prices and a great selection as well as some of the best store brand products of any company I know. The service at this location is hit or miss, and Ive gotten home with pork shoulders that smelled horrible once opened. Thats not a smell that you want in your home. Its also an inconvenience to delay cooking until they open again the next day to exchange it. I avoid this location now and prefer to go to the Lumberton store.

The bread I bought had mold on it. I called the store and I was told that the expiration date sticker fell off and thats why the bread was left on the shelf. I think if the sticker was missing, the bread shouldnt be on the shelf in the first place. At least they apologized for their mistake. I hope this wont happen again but you might want to check the date before you put their product in your cart.

Wanted shrimp that was in the sale paper. After searching for it to no avail, I asked @the seafood counter & was told they sold out. Figures. I can NEVER find what Im looking for in that meat/seafood dept. Thought RCs were on sale, couldnt tell by the shelf tags, didnt see any employees.......left the store with NOTHING!!!

Very nice store, lots of choices good prices. Convenient area as its right down from hospitals and hotels. Its open pretty late night, which is a plus if you get hungry in the night. They have pre-made salads reasonably priced, and very filling. The employees are nice and friendly.

I hate this store. Worst customer service I have ever seen. I dont even know why they built a new one if they were just going to bring in the same rude and nasty employees and managers. Market basket is higher but way better service. Will definitely not be shopping here again.

I have no complaints. I been here 2 times for grocery shopping since its convenient on the way home. Employees are friendly to approach and ask them where a product is. Plenty of selection for pre-made food too.

The produce is good. I love it. Sometimes waiting for the deli can be a bit much. . Some cuts of meat have small bones especially pork, and chicken. Most of the cashier are friendly.

I shop at both Beaumont locations and like them both. The selection here is not quite as large as on Dowlen. However, I can always get in and out rather quickly at.lunch time.
