I wish I could give zero stars....Terribly long lines. I had a family work here as a cashier and they fired her over something incredibly petty. When they honestly shouldnt be letting workers go because they are terribly low on cashiers. I stood in line 30 minutes waiting to be rung up. Managers kept saying She can get you over here! And they kept making me switch lines but I still had to wait. I had to go back and get a new bucket of ice cream because it melted from waiting so long The onions and other fruits were rotten and molded. And lots of items featured in the Ad were out of stock. Management couldnt seem to help me when I asked why thier items were out of stock. When I visited the store 3 times in one week because they kept telling meOur truck hasnt came yet come back in a couple days. They always use the excuse that thier truck didnt deliver. I will never waste my gas or time again coming back to Kroger or any other Krogers. Terrible grocery company.

HORRIBLE customer service in DELI TODAY. could tell I was bothering her just by walking up to the counter. She said in an annoyed and rude tone the second I walked up "can you just hold on a second please" and then in the next breath "what you need." I thought for sure they must have been due to close in the next 5 minutes because of the way she was acting. So I asked, and she said they closed at "8:30 or 9 or just whenever." Which meant they didnt close for at least another hour! When I told her what I needed she interrupted me and said they had some already sliced in the container behind me. So I just got some in the container behind me just so I could be done with this rude woman- Even though I wanted it shaved super thin and not sliced. Ive Never had a problem with a Kroger employee until today. The rudeness was off the charts. I will for sure be calling the manager and hope they care enough about their customers to address this.

Need to keep at least one manned check out lane in store at all times. I pay extra to shop at Krogers for a couple of reasons. One is that I do not want to use self check. Two is that there is always an off duty police officer on duty. Not a private firm ....sad with all the competition for your buisiness. No guns to protect your customers. Sad by your lack of customer service and security. 25 years your happy customer ...I can get this at Walmart.

Zero Streak Window Cleaning

Horrible customer service in the deli. Have been several times and always bad customer service. Today the clerk named Pamela acted like I ruined her day by asking to purchase some food. She was making some food trays or something and I guess I should not have bought anything so she could finish. Handed me my food and didnt say thank you, have a good day, or anything. Just handed me my food and didnt say a word.

Love the Non GMO section in this store! great layout and use of space. Easy to shop ad the staff are always friendly and helpful. They are well stocked and seem to always have what we need. would travel past other options just to continue to shop at this store. The only other store that I enjoy shopping at more than Krogers is a Whole Foods Store and we do not have one of them in Shreveport yet.

Love this Kroger I tend to come in and leave pretty quickly because usually not a long line. Theres also a Starbucks right inside which in itself is awesome. My girlfriend also loves Kroger in fact she always calls in K-Roger lol. Theres a Walmart ride down the street and Albertsons but I always come back Krogers or should I say K-Rogers

I just love Bayou Walk Kroger. Its not the biggest or fanciest but they still carry most everything a Marketplace Kroger does. And the people who work here are all very nice and personable. Always willing to help if you need it. Especially Sonny in frozen food and Glenn in the meat market.

I gave it a 4 only because it is not as large as some Krogers stores. However, they had a really good selection of food. I went to find different flavored candies for making fudge. I discovered this location has quite the selection in the baking supply is.

I found pretty much everything I was looking for, however the shelves were bare on a few things. Guess I was too late! I love getting coupons for things I buy often. The cashier and bagger (I think it mightve been the manager) were friendly and efficient.

LOVE shopping at this Krogers as they have a wonderful selection of grass fed meats and wild caught seafood. The store is clean and always stocked and the staff extremely helpful.

It has everything I need explained on this Wednesday the chicken that was 99 cent a pound the young lady in meat department blew me off I didnt get my chicken.Very disappointed.

This is a huge Kroger with a lot of options. We particularly like the large alcohol section and coffees. The interior has always been well stocked and clean.

Fairly standard layout. I was concerned when I arrived because they only had one register and then the u-scan section open. Definitely delayed by checkout.

Best grocery store in all of Shreveport hands down! Forget Whole Foods, Kroger has just as good grocerys for less. Also has a really well kept store.
