This is a smaller HEB, so their selection is limited and they are sometimes sold out of some items. That said, the wi-fi is great, all products listed in the HEB app are shelved where they are supposed to be, and theres virtually no other shoppers around in the mornings. The prices are visible and accurate, coupons are kept up to date, and the cashiers will check prices for you if youre not sure of something. The digital coupons have almost always applied automatically (and the one time it didnt, I simply showed the coupon on my phone and the cashier checked the item, then applied it to the sale manually for me).

Absolutely the worst HEB Ive ever been in, but Im conditioned from HEB Plus where every thing is fresh and is a one stop shop. The HEB on 16th is a joke. Continually bad produce, food expired before the sell date, and doesnt have the things I would normally look for at an HEB. I shop at Kroger now.

I love HEB! The store is always neat, clean, and full of discounts. However, I wish they did a better job of keeping bugs off their produce.

The prices are usually better than Wal-Mart and the staff is usually pretty friendly. I love going there. Its an in and out process.
