Old cashier at the front was a total jerk. I was asking for a Motorcraft oil filter for my vehicle, before I could finish my sentence he cuts me off and talks over me saying they dont carry Motorcraft and then goes on a tangent about how Wix brand is superior. I expressed my disinterest in Wix. Even after getting a settled on oil filter he still wont stop talking about Wix and how inferior Motorcraft filters are. I dont want to hear your opinion,old man, nor do I want to argue with strangers, if I wanted your opinion Id ask. The cashier couldnt conceal his addiction to cigarettes either, by already having one (unlit) in hand before finishing the transaction. Even after him being hostile I said "have a nice day" he responds with nothing. I have worked retail and continue to work retail. That is not how you talk to customers. Just do you job, and do it with customer service in mind. Wish I would have gotten the cashiers name. Older "gentleman", leathery tanned skin, white short hair, white mustache, around 59 ( update: have tried contacting customer service with this, using the email provided. I am 100% positive the email address is correct, as I copied and pasted it. I was just going to copy this message, as there is not much else to say.)

I have always used Lawlis and was always treated well, especially Billy. Yesterday and today was a different experience though with Rick. Talk about a rude individual and very unpleasant experience. I ended up going to Carquest and spent my $235 there with great customer service and a friendly atmosphere. Im giving them 4 stars due to past experience and customer service from Billy.
