Worst customer service since I dealt with Time Warner. Dog ate my glasses, so I needed replacements. Have bought glasses and contacts from this place for 20+ years. Stop in 2:15 without appointment, waiting room empty, but no slot till 3:15, so OK, fine, they got a schedule. Return 10m before my 3:15 appointment, say hi and start looking at frames to speed the process along. By 3:50 theyve asked me for my insurance information again, have emptied out the waiting room and when I ask when they will be able to see me, get "at least another hour." Well, guess what, bye bye. Costco doesnt have the same selection, but they wont give me such ridiculous appointment scheduling, namely an hour and a half late for their time, and 3h after I walk in. Place down the street has more expensive frames, but I bet when I show up for my appointment there, theyll see me in something less than NINETY minutes LATE.

Ive been a patient of Dr. Kamnetz since about 2003 or 2004. He is efficient and caring. I really love the option to have my retina photographed - no dilation, and a better picture of whats happening in my eyes! I always ask what I can do to protect my eyes and keep them healthy for a long time, and Dr. Kamnetz is happy to take the time to educate me. They have a good variety in style and price in the frames. Options like anti-scratch, UV, and anti-glare coatings are always offered when it comes time to purchase my lenses. I have never had to wait for my appointment - they have always been on time with me.

Doctor was extremely knowledgeable and nice, however the staff was quick to hand out empty promises. Assured me multiple days my glasses would be ready, but were never "quite done". Ive had my date pushed back of when I would receive my glasses on 4 separate occasions. If youre wanting to actually wear your glasses the month you purchased them you better find another place. Highly disappointed.

I absolutely love Dr. Kamnetz and his staff! They have been so helpful in all the time I have called in or come in for my eyes. They also have referred me to the best surgeons when I need help with my detached retina and cataract issues.
