Not only is Dr. Le is great doctor, she has an incredible staff. Dr. Le help find me a better brand of contacts -- no more dry eyes for me! Plus her staff help me find the cutest pair of glasses that look great on me! And when I mean they help, I mean it seriously we checked out a number of pairs and they gave me an honest opinion on whether or not they suited me. I was so impressed, yes part of their job is to make the sale but it came along with GREAT customer service. KUDOS TO BELLA VISION!

After going to the same family eye doctor for the majority of my life when I moved to Austin I was reluctant to find a different one. My friend and I had found out about Bella Vision and decided to take a look (no pun intended) to see how it was. The staff was very personable and very welcoming. Dr. Le was so sweet and very intrigued about our moves from the east coast, not just about our eyes. The staff also goes out of their way to help you. Good place, I highly recommend it.

Dr. Le is very friendly and knowledgeable, and she talks to you like a person, not just a patient. She is very careful that you get the absolute right prescription and that your contacts fit well. She also checked things in my eye and optic nerve that other doctors dont check. The office staff is also very nice and helpful. The service was prompt, I didnt have to wait long at all for the doctor to see me. I will definitely go back here.

Excellent customer service and doctor! Got a really bad eye infection that progressed rapidly within a few hours - they got me in within 10 mins at the end of day on a Saturday! Doctor Le was able to quickly diagnose and get me the meds I needed. She even gave me her cell to call if any complications since everything would be closed on a Sunday. Cannot recommend this place more!

Best quality eye examinations with 3 different machines to precisely determine your vision corrective lens requirement. The most precision I have ever "seen" after an examination... dont waste your money elsewhere.... it is your vision after all!
