I had just gone to The Dell Match Play at Austin Country Club when I encountered this quaint little shop and pharmacy. Anyways, I was having a hard time connecting with Uber because of so many people trying to catch a ride with them and then my phone ran out of juice. I was literally stranded and I really needed to get home. The owner of Northwest Hills Pharmacy could see that I was stressed. We put my phone on a charger, but I still could not connect with Uber. He kindly offered to get me home by riding with his delivery man. I accepted the offer and was amazed by his kindness. Mr. Sansing and his staff go above and beyond as far as it pertains to customer service and I was not even a customer. Imagine what they do for their customers! Needless to say, I was floored by their kindness. Their meaning plural, everyone I met was great! Thank you, thank you, thank you! Stranded. Matthew

Northwest Hills is such a great family owned store! I recently got all of my wedding stationary done there - invitations, thank you notes, save the dates, and place cards - and they did a fantastic job. The employees couldnt have been more helpful and accommodating, which definitely helps when trying to plan a wedding. They also have great gifts for any occasion, and their pharmacist is extremely helpful and super nice! I would recommend anyone going there no matter what you need.

Ive shopped at Northwest Hills Pharmacy for 25 years! They used to be so nice, and had such fabulous merchandise, beautiful flowers, free wrapping, ornaments. Its awful now. Ive kept going back...trying to support a local business. I give up. For the last several years they have been incredibly rude. Snobby doesnt cover it. And, while in the store, you ask yourself, "Snobby about what?" I will never, ever, ever go back. Can I give negative stars?

We were able to personalize our invitations to get exactly what we wanted. The store also has a great variety of seasonal gifts and is a wonderful place to stop in and browse and shop.

Dr. Ikes is great. I can take a picture of a prescription and email it to them and they will deliver the medicine to my house! For free!
