Paper place printed my wedding invites and labeling on envelopes. They look great with only one small error. Love the store. Two stars are for the customer service, timeliness and poor attitudes. Im pretty sure the individual helping me with address labeling purposely left out the "," after the city on my returns because I mentioned I originally asked for the invites to be completed by July 1st. They took an extra week to print after telling me they would have them completed by then. Not a big deal and no notices the small error. Most of the reviews on paper place with less than 5 stars are due to customer service, you would think theyd fix it by now. I recommend somewhere else for printing needs especially if you want it completed in a timely manner and with good customer service.

Special. Ive received the most thoughtful wax seal stamp from here in the past, and returned to fashion a home-made birthday card for a dear friend. Both items made the birthday boy/girl feel quite special, and that means more than any amount of gift card or online order. If you aim to indulge your lucky friends with creative gifts that show effort behind the thought, PP is the place to start, and likely finish. PP carries the most diverse selection of card stock, colorful/patterned envelope stock, tissue stock, invitation stock, journal stock, polka dot stock, photo album stock, and tchotchke stock. For sentimental, meaning-packed times, make it a Paper Place time.

I went to Paper Place for business cards and graduation invitations. I couldnt tell them exactly what I wanted but I had some ideas. The graphic designer came up with sharp looking custom graphics, paper choices, fonts, and layouts. I believe her name was Kimmy. The final products came out just the way I would have wanted, if I knew what I wanted. They know what they are doing here, and how to do it at a fair price. I saved about a hundred bucks on the invitations, verses what my college was charging.

I went here for invitations to my friends wedding shower, and found the selection to be just ok. I ordered some stationary and it was really quite expensive. When it came in, it looked terrible, and frankly, cheap. I ended up getting some pre-packaged stationary from Michaels, printed the text off my own computer, and it looked beautiful. Now that Im getting married, I will undoubtedly avoid the over-priced racket that is invitation stores and go about it with my printer and neighborhood Michaels!

I had a great experience here, but do agree with other reviewers that its overpriced compared to the other (chain) paper store in town. I had been on the hunt for a white gel pen to write on black paper and needed to get it quickly to meet a deadline. I called ahead and they rattled off which white pens they had, and when I was in-store they let me sample each pen on black paper. Their paper is quite expensive, but theyve got a good selection.

The calming upscale atmosphere and the beautiful display and selection of items makes each visit to Paper Place an Event. When selecting my Wedding Book and Save the Date Envelopes and Pens, Paper Place provided my mother and me with a memorable experience. With the variety of products and the options for personalization, the knowledgeable staff made an experience that could have been overwhelming and exhausting, exciting and fun.

Others with negative reviews must not have worked with Deana - she is creative, helpful and very good at follow up. Store is busy, busy, so go in during the week or early in the day on Saturday. Call ahead and find out what days Deana is working and talk to her ahead of time so you know youll get her. Is worth the extra trouble, they have fabulous lines for custom orders.

The Paper Place is your one stop shop for your basic to premium paper needs. I get all my personal correspondence and envelopes from the Paper Place. They also have some of the best book binding supplies in town. I typically make my own cards, but they have some beautiful options (some even pop-up!) for that really special occasion.

This is the best place in Austin for your papery needs with a complete range of almost anything imaginable. From stationery to card design, they have it all. Its not cheap, of course, but the staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. The constant stream of traffic here is a testament to how good the store really is.

This is a lovely place for stationary and greeting cards. Its definitely your shop local mom and pop place. They have the most creative and interesting, nice greeting cards you wont find at the department stores. They also have gifts for kids. I like coming here.

Nice products. Not nice, helpful or polite staff. I almost walked out without my purchase cuz the lady who rang me up acted like I was bothering her.
