This is just a shopping center. The layout of the center is very stretched, and business seem to go out of business a little too often. There is plenty of parking, mostly because there is not a huge crowd drawn to this area. The location should be a great one seeing as it is the intersection of 183 and 360, but I feel like the shops in the shopping center just arent what they could be.

Open concept strip mall with a number of key retailers like Nordstrom Rack, Best Buy, REI and more. Gateway Cinemas is attached on the back side. Many core tenants have been around for a while but there is definitely churn. Getting in and out can be a pain when trying to exit to 183 vs the 360 segment. Still the closest location for several of the key tenants and a shopping staple.

Theres a Nordstrom Rack and Austins only Crate & Barrel and Container Store. The proximity to other shopping centers seems to boost traffic, which can be a nightmare. Its extremely difficult to exit North bound 183 and cross 4 lanes of traffic to enter the shopping center. Very close to the Domain, the Arboretum, Sams, Costco, Target, and Arbor Trails.

Nice clean strip center with many larger stores (Container Store, Old Navy, Whole Foods, REI, Best Buy, etc.), many smaller stores such as jewelry stores, Mens Wearhouse, Paul Mitchell beauty school, Sprint store, etc.) and several places to eat (Panera Bread, Taco Cabana, sushi/japanese restaurant, etc.) as well as a nice multiplex theater.

Large expanse of shops ranging from large and corporate (Samuels diamond rings, old navy, Best Buy, Ulta, REI) to smaller, boutique like shops like Fast Frame for custom picture framing and athletic shops. Whole foods is here to stay also but gets very crowded, not many tables to sit at.

Good little shopping center if youre looking for clothing items. My wife likes the Ulta store, and we frequent the whole foods. The downside is that certain areas of the plaza are unoccupied, and that parking near whole foods can be a challenge.

Not bad for a shopping center. I usually go to the Whole Foods and REI here. I prefer it to going to the Domain. The area is nice and clean and feels safe. There are a few concrete islands in the parking lot but its not too hard to get around.

Easy place to get your "higher-end" shopping done. Whole Foods for groceries, Nordstrom Rack for shopping, Best Buy for electronics, Ulta for beauty and a movie theater. Has all the goodies just lacks some parking and navigation.

Great selection of service oriented stores including The Container Store, Crate & Barrel, Nordstrom Rack, Relax the Back, Whole Foods, and REI. Plenty of parking with easy access from 183, 360 and MoPac.

One of my favorite Shopping Centers in Austin. Diversity at its Crate Barrel, Whole foods, Panera, Regal Cinemas, The container store, etc. Conveniently located off of Rrasearch Blvd /183.

Good stores. REI, Best buy, whole foods, movie theatre, container store, old Navy and furniture places and more. Layout is so so. Getting into it can be congested. Parking is usually OK.

Location location location. REI, best buy, whole foods, Nordstrom rack, sacs off 5th,a mattress store, container store, crate ND barrel. Upscale big box stores all in one location.
GR

Great location with excellent stores, at least the ones that are left. Container store seems to be expanding so its good that they are still making improvements to the facilities.
CA

Great area with a good selection of stores. It just gets crowded with parking and then the intersection of 183 and 360. But there is plenty to do to keep you occupied for the day.

Recommend this center if you are looking for clothes. You might miss some Restaurants if you are looking for food only. Great little center which gets crowed from time to time.

An older shopping center but there are a bunch of good places to visit for shopping. Whole Foods has a location there and over all anytime I visit I have a good experience.

Easy to park, easy in and easy out. A good selection of stores. Although if you want to eat AND shop your best option seems to be Whole Foods deli and/or coffee bar.

Well laid shopping mall with Best Buy, Old Navy, WHole Foods, Neiman Marcus, REI and many other.. Enough parking and also, there is a movie theater in the back :)

Gateway has Whole Foods, Crate and Barrel, The Container Store and lots more. Its parking lot is shaded with beautiful trees and the shoppers arent too annoying.

The traffic flow design is not elegant, but its largely functional and rarely makes an effort towards killing people. The selection of shops is solid, too.

Love the shopping center but getting in and out via the 183 access road can be particularly challenging depending on time of day and seasonal shopping.
MI

Nice area with a variety of stores to buy clothing, shoes, electronics, and other items for your home. A couple of restaurants and a whole foods too.
CA

Sprawling shopping center with both REI and Whole Foods but the walk between them is so far I have to convince myself not to drive between them.

Not too crowded like The Domain area here I Austin. Great stores like Nordstrom Rack, REI, Davids Bridal. I got a dress for our honeymoon cruise!

Wholefoods l, movie theater, and a handful of other good places to shop and eat nearby. Feels like it needs another big retailer to come in.

This plaza has so many great stores to choose from. If youre doing a shopping day, go there to get everything done, while parking in one spot.

Whole Foods, Panera, REI, Crate+Barrel, Container Store, Aveda salon, etc. This is one of the older shopping areas, but its still good.
DA

This place is at the junction of the 360, Mopac and 183. Its always busy. Bit of a zoo with everyone trying to park. Good stores.

Lots of great shops and eating venues here. Main purpose was to shop at Crate and Barrel, then had lunch at Panera Bread. Loved it.

This place I think is overrated, the burger I had was decent though the outdoor area was awesome especially if you have kids.

Several good stores and a Whole Foods take you to Gateway and the Pottery Barn and The Container Store are easy in and out.

This is a pretty typical shopping strip. Lots of nice stores, lots of free parking. Lots of very horrible Austin drivers.

Great place to meet, dine and be entertained. Between Whole Foods, Regal cinema and the restaurants around, youre covered.
JO
Jocelyn Veylupek
I like the stores but the main entry is a 4 way intersection so its always congested. If that was fixed Id go more often.
GR
Greg Mikeska
Its a decent shopping center. I always try to travel on the side closest to the highway to avoid the pedestrian traffic.

Kind of a pain to get in and out of other than that there are several name brand stores here. Also a movie theater.

Open mall so hard to walk from store to store. Has a few good stores. Container Store and Crate and Barrel.
