I have been shopping in this mall for a long time. basically to start the story I need to tell you that I have lived in different states and I have shopping experience in almost most malls around in the country. But here in Barton creek I believe that they have all different brands beside the fact that prices are cheaper I think in Austin TX. The other important thing is related to the location of this mall. this mall is just located a couple of miles close to sown town. so this fact helps more people come around in and shop more. I personally like to go to the places that are crowded. Here in Barton creek it is amazing which you see people are happy in here. I would like to mention my last idea in the way that I have worked in several places which means I have worked for different malls and in this mall I believe the management is awesome as well as other mall employees. I believe that having a business in this mall is much easier than the other mall in the area.

Pros: Almost every major department store and name brand clothing store that working class people care about under one big air-conditioned roof. Cons: The major gripe I have is the presence of high-pressure kiosk salesmen with overpriced hair straighteners, body scrubs, etc. I wish Barton Creek mall wouldnt allow these people to do business here as their "No returns. No exceptions" policy is clearly a very shady business practice. My girlfriend bought a hair straightener and changed her mind just a few minutes later. They refused her return citing sanitary concerns and were quick to point to one of their "no returns" signs. What a load of BS. We felt cheated with no recourse and Im sure were not alone. This ruined our shopping experience at Barton Creek completely and forever. These kind of merchants should be banned. I suspect they rarely have return customers as their goods are way overpriced.

Im not aware of any other malls in Austin, but I like coming to this one. First and foremost it is two stories with the food court on the second story and includes Chick Fil A, Sarku, Auntie Annes pretzels, a pizza place, a sandwhich place, and an ice cream place. They also have a Starbucks. Its always clean here and not usually crowded unless you find yourself in the apple store then it is crazy. They have places to get your haircut and a movie theater on the first floor. My favorite store is the one with Brook-something anyway i love the zero gravity massage chairs. They can ask me all day if i need help but look Im not leaving until Im done with the massage. Includes your usually stores like Jcpennys, Sears, and Macys, and of course another of my favorites Teavana. Good place to shop, so i recommend.

Very large mall, never extremely crowded. 2 floors that consists of a variety of mostly clothing outlets. The selection of items is rather limited but occasionally a little store will pop up from time to time selling trinkets that are far more interesting than a basic pair of shoes. The mall is normally rather clean but I always hear bad news with the food court, if you choose to eat here just be weary of your selection. Otherwise, this mall is a great place to go with your friends and people watch, walk around and browse the merch. Plenty of rest spots and tech power points, also free wifi. If you want a place to walk around and relax in public groups of others this is a great go-to. If youre looking for something interesting to window shop beside clothing then it might not be as interesting.

On Sunday, 5-1-16 I was at BCS Mall and it was fairly busy. I went into the mens restroom by the food court, and someone had puked in on top of and into one of the urinals. It was gross, and looked fresh(sorry) so I assumed that no one that takes care of those restrooms had seen it yet. Returned to the Mall on Monday, 5-2-16 to make a return, and as luck would have it had to use the facilities again. To my amazement, the puke was still there...26 hours later! I know no one wants to have such a task, but there is a floor drain in there and they still make hoses. Its all tile. Wash it down with some chlorine bleach. Man alive. And they wonder why Mall traffic is down. Only one star because it wont allow none.

Use to love this place when it was just Lakeline Mall and Barton, but it has been in a downward spiral lately. It is starting to get run down and could use a revamp like Lakeline did. It is always dark in here and everything has a strange smell now a days. There are no really good stores at this mall except it is the only Nordstrom in Austin. Other than Nordstrom all the good stores have left. The lay out is a little strange, and parking can be a bit of nightmare. It is great on hot days where you dont want to be strolling the streets at the Domain. The food court has few good choices but there are great pretzel stands though.

ATT at the mall is the worst experience I hace ever had. I went in there to get a new phone for my daughter and I was getting the runaround and I whispered bullshit. The masnager came to me and said you can get out we dont need your money and three me my card, he asked me to go get my id from the car and when I came back he had 3 security gaurds stopping me from entering. he tricked me to ban me from the store. all becuase i was frustrated that they were overcharging snd I was unhappy ans said one bad word,,,,,this att is horrible and racist...dont go there ever! the manager name is Adam DONT GO TO THIS ATT ITS RACIST

Love it, have been coming here since I was younger and I especially cant forget when my mom let my sister and I go alone for the first time. They have all kinds of stores here. Only downside is the lousy people trying to sell you their products especially when youre in a rush and just need to get out of there. Even then, I understand you need to sell stuff but please dont bother people every time they pass by you. Ive passed through the same place at least 2-3 times and every time they want to start talking to and I honestly just feel bad. Other then that theres plenty parking space and good food!

Whats better than a well air conditioned, clean, indoor mall? Nothing...nothing I tell ya. Although the stores I prefer to shop at arent at this mall, I have to give Barton Creek Square Mall props for maintaining a wide selection of stores. The food court area is great for free samples; its the first place I "shop" when I get there. Oh and dont forget those Auntie Annes pretzels. And that cheap Japanese chicken teriyaki place that gives you huge portions is the bomb diggity. Theres an AMC movie theatre to keep the dads occupied while their crazy teenage daughters are at the gigantic Forever 21.

I asked the guy to fix my glasses because they were falling off my face and they were crooked. He bent them to the point where they are so tight on my face it hurts to even wear them. Then the left side was tight and right side was loose. He messed up the screw and so i called the manager and the manager had a big ol additude with me telling me how i need to give him some slack because he is new. I said "You know what, if you are going to be fixing something that helps me see and you screw it up i am not going to be so nice. Because my glasses are what help me see for the day."
