No doubt is a good location. But nothing went smooth since we came in. We bought a romance package which should contain 2 additional breakfast, champagne, chocolate strawberries. And we reserved a baby crib. Everything should be in place upon arrival this is what it said in email. We tripled confirmed with front desk and she finally found we bought the package. Waited for 2 hrs after telling them twice they finally came. Baby crib was delivered but no set up. Dont know if we are too picky but this is actually the first time its not set up. 2nd day, we went to breakfast informing them we have the package. They said we can order at coffee shop. So we went, coffee shop then confirmed with front desk (again, waiting for double confirming) she said we should have $34 credit to use in both restaurants. So we went back again, waiting at the reception for 10 mins ( i saw only one person serving) then we finally were seated. Front desk is impatient, waitress didnt provide kids forks or spoons.Service part I will give 0 stars if there is one to choose. Hardware wise, its below average for this price range.($220 per night), bad design for the shower room, it made easy for wetting the floor of bathroom. Bathroom ceiling paint is popping up due to humidity. Caulking had crack... so I give it 2 stars so average out its 1 star. Recently we are comparing hotels in the same level in Austin recently since we come so often. Very obvious which credit card we should be apply for. In short: not recommended.

I think this is a nice shopping plaza. I would not consider this a mall by any means but more like the domain. There are lots of nature type areas to sit and relax, a lot less crowded than the domain. The atmosphere is more laid back and the shops and restaurants have a mixture of upscale and regular places. You can find something to do for anyone here. The parking is reasonable and I usually do not spend too much time looking around for parking. Its clean and easy to navigate as well

NOT PET FRIENDLY!!! Had a terrible day and wanted to walk around with my dog, but a couple stuck up broads told me my dog was scaring the ducks (she wasnt even mildly interested in the ducks, shes my service dog.) And told me to go else where like they owned the place. If If I didnt get out of there I wouldve gone off. Will not be returning for business anytime soon, WITH OR WITHOUT MY DOG.

Love this place. Not just for the shops, but when I was little we would come here, get Amys Ice Cream, and go play on the sculptures and art that they have in the southwest part of the Arboretum. Theres a nice deck and seating with a good view, and then if you follow a path it leads down to a pond with picnic benches and ducks that are very acclimated to people. Fun place to go with kids

This is a nice location and easy to get to. This is a shopping center with middle to high end stores. There are a couple of sit down restaurants as well as some fast food eateries. There is plenty of parking. They also host public events throughout the year. You can find a bookstore, optometry, clothing and home decor stores here.

Its got you expected shopping area anchors: Barnes and Noble, the Gap, and a Cheesecake Factory, but if you look beyond that, youll find a scenic nature trail, sculpture and water works, an Amys Ice Cream, and a Five Guys Burgers and Fries. A great mix of big box and local business in a hybrid shopping strip / park.

Tons of great shopping, restaurants from quick service to fancy sit-down, cafes and bakeries, and some chain restaurants as well as Austin unique. Everything is very close together, not a ton of walking or driving between places is required. Excellent area, though parking can sometimes be a challenge.

It gets packed fast outside and the parking garage as well. A nice little plaza with great eats and over priced retail Shoppes. I like the bike path along the way South. Your typical middle to upper middle boomers are often seen at the local happy hour then drinking and driving themselves home.

A lovely sprawling outdoor mall. The best part is the "cow park" area. It has benches and chairs to enjoy a lunch or ice cream from Amys. The park is well maintained and clean. It has a decent restroom. There is plenty of green space, and theres a walking path down to a large duck pond.

We come here for the ice cream and to walk around. It is really enjoyable to just relax and do some shopping. Many of the other shopping areas have more stores packed in, so this is best for just walking around and maybe going to a few stores. The Barnes and Noble is also really large.

Lugar muito bonito ! Para passear e comer uma boa comida ! Para compras não é aconselhável, pois o preço e um pouco alto !

Love coming here to shop or just hang around. Barnes and Noble, Cheesecake Factory, Five Guys, and Amys ice cream all make this area nice to spend a Saturday afternoon at. Also taking a walk past Amys over by the cow sculptures or near the water makes it nice and outdoorsy.

There are a few different shops but this area of town is really aimed at a higher paid demographic than I relate to. There is a chicos, Saks, Barnes and Noble and various other stores here. They have a large parking lot but it can be a pain to navigate during the holidays.

Outstanding Mothers Day (and a birthday) brunch yesterday. Lovely seating/ambiance, clean, very very friendly and attentive staff, and all the food was just fantastic. Cannot say enough about how perfect the experience ended up being. Will definitely be returning!

Christy Sports Powderdaze equipment & clothing sale and many ski areas selling season and multi-day passes in one place was terrific! Super knowledgeable and helpful men and women staff. Dan from Boulder Christys especially experienced and helpful. Thanks!!

Food, shopping and dessert! Its all here and easy to spend all day here with a Barnes and noble, lots of great restaurants and free parking. It can get busy, but you can find a parking place! You may have to walk a bit, but its so pretty you wont mind.

High-class shopping center anchored by Barnes & Noble bookstore and Cheesecake Factory restaurant. Nice place to walk around, especially on a hot day thanks to the plentiful trees. Dont miss the Amys Ice Cream shop and the little park behind it.

Cool place to hang out. In the day, the pond is pretty cool. A few ducks or geese here and there. At night, its a great place to sit at one of their tables and hang out with friends. Great choice of food. No complaints. Theres ice cream too.

I really like this place. They have everything that you need there. You can get a hair cut, get your nails done, have a massage, have a meal, stop at HEB for groceries and grab a smoothie if you need it. One stop shopping center. Its great.

I love the Wine Down Wednesdays this place hosts monthly however, the store selection leaves my wanting. They seem to try to address multiple demographics which is great but dont do any of them well so its not a one-stop shop for anyone.
