Tried to use Randalls savings for gas at pump, price did not change, walked inside and they refused to honor the Randalls Savings; stating I needed to call Randalls while I was at their 7-Eleven to try and get a price change adjustment. points used at their crappy gas station never refunded. Likely double dipped customers with this trick for extra $ from safeway

The staff are very friendly. The only problem is sometimes there are super long lines, even more so in the summer, and I feel like there just arent enough people scheduled at those times to handle the rush. I work in food management, and there should be staff scheduled for all available registers during those peak times in my opinion.
