I love this store! They have a huge selection, sale tags (50% off) change every Tuesday. They give you a 30% off regular priced items coupon when you bring in a bag of clothing to donate (make sure you let someone know youve brought in clothing and THEN drop it in the bin by the doors). They only give you 1 coupon a day, so dont bring in all your bags at once :( They have everything categorized by type of item, then size, then color. So, sweaters will be in one section, sized sm/med/lrg/xl/xxl, and pinks/blacks/oranges will all be placed with their colors. Occasionally the staff will get lazy and just put whatever items wherever they feel like it, but its normally on the very ends of the racks. Sometimes you will find clothing that is extremely overpriced, like I found a pair of jeans that were marked $34, which is just ridiculous since they receive all their items for FREE. Normally pricing is within reason and sometimes even lower than youd expect. Especially pairing good pricing with your 30% off coupon! Also, if youre into shoes this probably is NOT the place you want to go. None of the shoes are in any kind of order, theyre just there. Youll find 5s next to 10s and 8s next to 12s. If you are a shoe lover, BEST PLACE to go is probably Thrift Town on Abrams. They arent completely organized, but all shoes are in a small area of just SHOES and they have the size CLEARLY labeled in each shoe, so you can identify the size very quickly. Whereas Texas Thrift has them hand-written on a small sticker in the shoe and theyre spread out above all the clothes racks. I hope my review helped. I definitely think its worth a look if youve never been.

First and last time Ill ever shop here. High prices and horrible customer service!! 2:30 weekday afternoon. Not during lunch time or crunch time. A long line at checkout. One very slow clerk at the register. 3 other check stands inactive. This one clerk had her back to the line unaware or didnt care about a dozen customers in line. I had my wife stay in line while I searched the store looking for a manager. At least a half dozen employees walking around hanging up more goods. They were of no help when I explained the long line. I stuck my head in the back and asked for help in the check out. Of all these employees I think one spoke english. I got back in line. Still no help up front so I called the store on my cell phone hoping to get a manager. Just what I was afraid of .......the gal at the register answers the phone! I told her to turn around and look at this ridiculous line and get some help. They need to train these people to look around once in awhile and to call for more checkers when needed. Other people in line said they were done with this place too.......

Experience a sad moment when my daughter and I came to the register with her toy. We had been shopping around for a while and found some good items. When the Manager not cashier saw that the toy lost its price tag he threw it under the counter rudely and stated you cant buy that. Of course my three year old didnt understand so I asked him to find someone who can assist further. He refused and stated he was the Manager and that he could not do anything. He was talk, dark and was typically up front seeking for I guess customers that steal?? Not really sure however wish this situation could have been handled like humans. I hope he recognizes that he can use his talents in a better way. There is always something watching.

I want to give 5 stars for their massive amount of stuff but I just cant because a)a little high in price, but not terrible. b)There were 2 cashiers, and only one person being actively checked out in each line.Yet, it took for F***** ever! Seeing that they only have to check an items tag color/price, enter it in register, remove hangar and fold, then move onto next item I could have done what they did at least 4 times in the time they took doing it once. Lazy? new? i dont even know what was up with them. Edit: months later, its still the same. Cashiers just kinda loaf around obliviously until you get their attention or wait 5 minutes for them to grace you with their attention

I give this place 3 stars because I love the music carousel I bought from here but the disorganization was OFF the charts and the woman at the cash register had no idea what she was doing. She wouldnt sell me these hard plastic mask because "there isnt a price sticker" on them. Like who even knows how long theyd be sitting on a shelf with no price on them? I doubt they even do a product check, they probably just take whatever doesnt look/seem broken and try to resell it. What I dont understand is why she couldnt spend a few seconds and make a price for them. They are virtually worthless but I really wanted them for a collection but its fine- its their loss after all.

First, most of the time their things are overpriced. Specially women stuff. The staff is very unhelpful and half of them cant speak straight English so I find myself asking one of them and she nodes and I talk and talk. Then she smiles and starts talking in Spanish... But I have to say, I love their manager special Monday. That is the time when I get over the workers and go there. I would definitely go there again and would recommend it. One more thing I dont like about them, when there is no tag, there is no sale. Please! Can you put a base line list, like sweaters are X amount of dollars, shirts are Y and so forth. But other than that they are cool.

CREEPER ALERT!! There were cameras over the dressing rooms, the dressing room doors were way too low (my 62" bf could easily see inside if he wanted to), and one of the dressing rooms had what looked like a 2-way mirror to the main office. On top of that there was a water leak right by the registers (it wasnt even raining!) and the staff was incredibly rude! Everything in the store was over priced anyway. They want at least $5 for a used shirt. For that price, I can get a brand new one at Walmart. WORST THRIFT STORE EVER!!

First of all i didnt want to go for used things especially electronic items, but went as i wanted one Ethernet cable urgently and this was near. I checked after going home to see its not working. Now I can say if someone wants to afford for something which is torn or used badly, then those people can go for the shop. U cant complain as there is no exchange or return for any reason. Manager also cant help even if u prove something is not working. There is absolutely no meaning in speaking with manager once you purchase.

Best Thrift store around, newly remodeled store, great prices / color and sized each rack/ store is clean very well organized, staffing is great with customers, Monday sale is a 99cent color tag! Tuesday senior day 30 percent off, Wednesday Military day 30 percent off, always two color tags on sale! Once a month watch for 50 percent off entire store! Wow! Great selection in ladies / mens / children cant Beat it!!! Open 9am to 9pm Monday thru Saturdays, Sundays 10am to 6pm!!! Wow!!!!
