So far I have NOT been impressed by their pharmacy for the most part. After three visits, a phone call and working my way through about 8 different pharmacy employees I finally got to talk to someone who seemed to understand what I needed and cared to help me with it. Well see. Theyre going to have to improve their customer service and communication skills a lot before theyll get much more of my business.

So far, so good. Doctor called in an emergency prescription. I called CVS to verify. All was good to be picked up in an hour. This will be my new local pharmacy as my coverage changed. Well see if they can keep my business... Most meds will be mail order via CVS.

Pharmacy doesnt open at 7 am and dont try to pick up perscriptions 30 minutes to closing time either, pharmacist acted like insurance card didnt have proper information so they did not have to input into computer.

This store has management problems, and has for a long time. They cannot find their backside with both hands, they lose prescriptions, and offer zero customer service. If you can, avoid this store at all costs!

The pharmacy has some good people, but there are one or two who ruin it for the rest. As a mental patient with major depression, I feel treated like a burden by those people.
