Have been shopping here since it was built but have gotten tired of dealing with people who 1) arent capable of displaying proper driving/parking skills and etiquette, 2) continue to smoke cigarettes and use the ground as their ashtray, 3) arent properly trained salespeople, 4) treat this shopping center like its a garage sale and want to haggle pricing! Also, Im old enough to remember when an outlet was the place retailers sent their older goods or irregular merchandise for deeply discounted prices - now it seems like, in many cases, these stores just carry second-tier lines that would never have been sold in the mall stores OR the prices arent any different than the department stores that carry the same goods OR there are stores that ONLY are found in outlet centers so the whole concept of "outlet" has morphed into something disingenuous of what it once was. Obviously, due to the addiction that is "I got this for 60% off-itis", this shopping center will not suffer due to my 3 times per year visits to a specific store. On the contrary, my attempts to visit ONE store yesterday were met with time spent trying to park and UN-park that totaled almost the same amount of time spent in that store, successfully using my brakes to avoid hitting people who are comfortable walking in front of moving vehicles, and the realization that the very real risk of suffering a stroke due to stress of dealing with this place that will be under construction for another number of months is not worth saving the $ when multiple other discount stores (Ross, TJMaxx, Target) as well as department stores are literally on the other side of the highway. Until further notice, when exiting Stacy Road from the south, I will choose to SWIPE RIGHT.

I have been extremely busy but I wanted to write about an experience I had the last week of March 2017. I was pulling in to shop and noticed everything was under construction where I normally park. After entering from the main entrance I immediately turned left and heard a loud noise from my tire. I pulled into a parking spot and I noticed I had picked up a screw. DONT GO TO THESE OUTLETS UNLESS YOU DONT CARE ABOUT YOUR TIRES. A lot of dust from the construction which is expected but nails and screws should be picked up. I first voiced my concern with the Management office and the manager I spoke with was trying to ask me rediculous questions and was trying to push the blame. He asked if I still had the useless ruined tire and suggested to have me contact the construction company myself. I didnt hire the construction company and Im not responsible for WHAT WORK THEY LACK DOING ON THE OUTLET PROPERTY. I told the manager I spoke with today that I wouldnt be shopping again until construction is done. He raised his tone and told me thats fine. Overall he needs more training and should have at least one time said sorry about the situation regardless if he wanted to help me or not.

Neat place, but with real shopping across the highway on Stacey Road its almost pointless to come here. Some say "Outlet", but most if not all sell normal wear and the highest prices Ive seen. Though, if you go to a big mall store like Dillards or Sears and really like individual brands they sell there like Ralph Lauren Polo, Tommy Hilfiger, or Sketchers, they have complete full on stores for these brands. Stay AWAY during Christmas time! It is OVER crowded, and they could use some crosswalk guards or something! Getting in or leaving is extremely stressful, people cross without looking and SO many cars back up forever. Parking is bad too during this time, and the only solution would be to build a new parking lot or garage close by with a simple way to walk to the shops. The layout can be confusing, there has to be a way to put some signs up in the parking lot or directories so you arent just walking in a circle for hours looking for the shop you want.

Lots of great shops to choose from. Its an outside mall and its nice to walk it. Its in a square and that is convenient because you can end up where you started. The bathrooms are clean. Dont bother trying to go on holiday weekend, its insane!!!! Its in a wonderful area. If the outlet mall isnt enough, across the street is a ton of other shopping choices. UPDATE: For months they have had construction not just near them but in the parking lot. There are signs up all over the lot. Its extremely difficult to park there right now. Its become such an issue, especially on the weekends and holidays that Taco cabana and surrounding stores have signs warning not to park there. I even went before the mall opened and there wasnt a lot of parking. The employees are all parked close. I saw some do this. There really isnt other parking for them. I cant see it being ready in time for the holidays. Ill update if it is.

Parking. TRAFFIC. They are undergoing major renovations that are snarling traffic. Traffic flow was already bad, and it has gotten worse. Trying to get to a store by car is a challenge. It is almost better to park in the lot/field to the North or West and walk... at least until they finish renovations in fall of 2017. We were there during a busy weekend, vehicular traffic was gridlocked. On top of it all, security had shut down one of two vehicle entrances into the main part. At least he had started directing traffic, so that sped things up... but you couldnt get where you wanted to go. Otherwise... A good outlet mall, with lots of stores and a great place to find deals.

I went to the Adidas Store at the Allen outlets to exchange some shoes that were too small and the manager of the store was incredibly rude to me accusing me of wearing the shoes, claiming they were very dirty, which i took offense to especially when other customers where hearing this. She refused to exchange them and gave me a customer service number that no one ever answers. I called the actual store and reached the assistant manager who was incredibly understanding and helpful and promised to make the situation right. Not only did Sheree (assistant manager) and her lead, Tye make it more than right, I now love Adidas more than ever!!!

Probably the worst shopping experience Ive ever had. We happened to come during a sale, which we didnt know about beforehand. The facility seemed a little crowded at first, but we didnt realize how overcrowded it was until we tried to leave. We left our parking spot at around 3:00 and didnt leave the parking lot until 4:30! It took an hour and a half to move a distance of perhaps one hundred feet. That is unacceptable. The managers of this facility have crowded way too many stores with way too few exits. Plus, the stores are stocked with mostly cheap junk that will last a few weeks at most.
