All of the reviews that speak to the terrible customer service at this location are 100% true. I walked in to purchase a case for my new iPhone6, so I walked to the section of the store where cases could be found. As I looked through the cases, I began to wonder if there were any battery back-up cases available yet. I stood patiently and looked around the store waiting to make eye contact with an associate to come help me. Several associates during my wait looked directly at without a smile, or a "Have you been helped?", or an "Ill be right there." Instead I received a turn of the head as if I didnt exist. One girl looked directly at me and walked to the front to stand at the podium, and greeted the next guest that walked in, and asked if they needed help. I was shocked at the rudeness. I must point out that there was no one at the podium when I walked in because everyone was busy. I was irritated at this point, but I walked to the front to ask if there were any battery cases available for my phone. After a minute of standing at the podium while I awaited the clerk to take her eyes off of her phone, she informed me that they were not available yet. I proceeded to go pick up a case of my choice and stood near the check out desk. I waited for about 5 minutes while an associate at the desk checked his iPAD, all the while knowing I was there. Finally, he looked up at me and asked "Did you sign in?". Did I sign in? No. Im sorry, I dont visit an AT&T store but every 2 years when I upgrade my phone, and I wasnt informed to sign in when I walked in. I told him I was not advised to sign in, so he "did me a favor" and went ahead to accept my purchase since "he knew I had been waiting for a while". If this isnt the best example of how not to treat a customer, I dont know what is. Absolutely ridiculous!!

I go here alot and aside from the long wait in line everything was great. BUT I recently bought 2 of those charging ports, the kind that you can charge multiple devices at the same time, so I also needed cords for them. I bought 3 that were the "last" ones. I didnt open the stuff til a few days later and by that time I realize that the cord boxes were EMPTY!!! ALL 3!!! When I came back to complain, they said that theres NOTHING they can do. They wouldnt give me my money back or replace them. They claim that they always shake the box to make sure that the items are there but Im sure she did not. I asked them to check the cameras & they claimed that the cameras are NOT THAT GOOD so they wouldnt be able to see anything anyways!!!! Moral of the story, ALWAYS CHECK IF ALL PARTS ARE THERE BEFORE YOU LEAVE BECAUSE THEY WILL PLAY THE HE SAID HE SAID GAME & YOU WILL LOSE EVERY SINGLE TIME!!!

They really need to learn to train and communicate better woth their employees. I went in Saturday to exchange my note 7 for the LG V20, they were one of the only stores who had one so I drove an hour to go do this. There was a problem with their system, and it wouls load my Upgrade. Joseph told up to make an appointment for Sunday and we could finish the transaction...no big deal. I show up Sunday and am told that it takes up to 3 business days for the system to refresh and our account......thank you At&t for wasting an hour of my time and gas to be told that....shocking how 4 employees there with us last night couldnt tell us this.....very annoying and very frustrating.

The customer service reps at this store are horrible. Not willing to help us our cancel our iPhone 4s "pre-order" when we were informed by ATT customer service center that it was going to take longer than the original 14-21 days they quoted us. Spoke with the customer service center 3 different times about this issue and was told all 3 times that as long as our orders were in "back order" status (which they were) that the store would 100% be able to cancel the "pre-order" and yet the store continually maintained there was nothing they could do for us. Will NEVER be doing service with this store again. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE

Poor service, extremely substandard customer service.....This is a problem that has been consistent for my entire contract.....I have spoken with "Retention Specialist" for the past 6 months, with the guaranteed improvement. ATT in an attempt to secure my business, My account has been credited $100 on several occasions....At this point $1000. bonus credit with unlimited data for life, will not make up for the time, frustration. 8/27/2016 my call into customer service was excellent...the first time in a year,....I spoke to Yolanda....(she deserves a raise)

Picked up a new personal cell phone at this location and was worried before hand after seeing so many bad reviews. However, my experience was great. Our sales person was Kendel, she met us as we came in and showed us exactly what wed come in for. She was very knowledgeable with the phone and accessories and didnt push us into anything we didnt want. She took care of the entire transaction even to the point of placing the protective screen film on my new phone. Id recommend this store to anyone (and probably Kendle too).

While the staff at the store tried to be helpful, corporate AT&T is the real problem. Ive had numerous problems with AT&T over the years, including but not limited to: -Very poor customer service -Spam from AT&T: Even after Ive told them Im not interested in UVerse, they still call to badger me into buying more of their terrible service -Horribly unreliable internet -Very slow updates for Android devices, that were not tested properly. -Bloatware on Android devices -Purposefully confusing bills

We walked in to replace our two lines with another carrier. We were greeted by a salesman that took our name and phone number and said it would be 45 minutes and theyd call us when they were ready. While waiting for them to call we wandered over to Verizon which had similar phones and plans, and more importantly enough people to not keep us waiting. We bought two phones and contracts while waiting for the call from AT&T that never came.

Came in to buy a phone case for my new phone and was not greeted like everyone was. So I had to hunt someone down just to ask a 5 second question and answer. I checked out waited in line for 20 minutes and when it was my turn the rep told me I had to check in. Just to buy a phone case I had to check in so not fair. What kind of customer service is that for someone to check in just to get help when no one helped me in the first place.

Switching my 6 business lines from T-mobile to At&t was the worst mistake i have ever made. After spending 10 years with t-mobile, i was sold by at&t with a promise to provide me with better service and better deal.. etc. All False! they give false promises, they overcharge you. Their iphone app does NOT work as good as the t-mobile app. it was just a bad idea all together.
