UPDATE: The owner, Brandon, responded to my negative review and asked me to bring the phone back in for him to try and repair. Apparently, he was the person I had originally spoken with, although I didnt know his name. Unfortunately, the next time I called, I got Drew (see below). Brandon even came in early to accommodate my request. In 20 minutes, the phone was working perfectly. Bottom line, if you have a problem or concern, ask for the owner, Brandon. ----------------------------------------- My initial opinion of this store was very positive, and I recommended it to a number of people. However, here is why I will now recommend against going there. My phone needed a new power button. While I was there, they recommended I replace the home button as well. I agreed, it was fixed quickly, and I thought I received a fair price. A couple of days later, I called them back to tell them that my screen was ultra-sensitive, and that I was putting people on speaker or on hold when the phone would touch my face. It had not done this before the repair. They recommended I restore the phone, but it didnt work. I got through the holidays with this daily annoyance (to me and the people Im talking to) and called back to have them fix the problem. They basically said, "this stuff happens sometimes with this phone, and you signed a waiver." In other words, TOUGH! Further, because I have to hold the phone away from my face when I talk, Drew from Phone Fix complained that I was talking over him and interrupting. When I explained that this was a common side effect of the phone issue, he condescendingly told me that a sensor malfunction was no excuse for my lack of common courtesy. All I wanted was for them to look at my phone and fix what they broke, if possible. He never even asked me to bring it in. Instead he offered to read my the waiver that I signed. OMG. What an A$$. I will never go there again, and I will recommend strongly against anyone I know using their services.

I took my Iphone in for repair for a cracked screen. Everything was smooth and the new screen looked fantastic. Later that day, I noticed buttons while I talked were being "pushed" such as speakerphone and number digits were dialing or the mute button pushed...all the while I was trying to talk. I called and was told to bring it back and they would take a look. I took it back two week later when I had some extra time and this is when it all went downhill. The tech that day was rude, condescending and truly made me feel like I was an idiot. He told me it was the proximity sensor and tested that. The test was pulling the phone off your ear over and over and over, which is not how a real call would be made. He set the phone down and said it was fine. I told him that 30 seconds of whatever he just did did not mimic how I use the phone to replicate the problem. He said the phone was fine. I asked him for the managers or owners name and he scibbled it down and slammed the paper down in front of me...OK, I guess I just got a bad apple. I emailed Brandon and a few days later, we connected. He told me he would research it and get back to me. He did not. I had to follow up myself and was then told it was likely coincidental and perform a full restore. I told him I was not adverse to a full restore but was leaving for vacation for a week plus and did not want to risk doing that until I got back since I was worried about losing data. I would be happy to do the full restore when I got back BUT was needing him to extend the warranty by a week (would have expired while I was gone) so we could still work towards a solution when I got back. And that is when the owner figured out his way out and went quiet. No reply at all. So, I have a phone with a lovely new screen but still messes up on actual phone calls. So, my suggestion is pay the $10 more somewhere else and have a better more professional experience.

BE AWARE!! I would not recommend this place to anyone I know! They will say your speaker is not working, but in reality they just disabled (do a google search and fix it in front of them)... Also if you do decide to go there, after they fix your screen make sure that you check if your phone is charging, when I got home and put my phone to charge my phone was no longer charging. Never had any problems with my phone before (besides broken screen). I called them back see if they were able to fix it they said they were booked until next week and even said something about my phone being "problematic". Even know I KNOW FOR SURE my Speaker was working and my phone was charging before they touched my phone. (they excuse was because my phone was jailbroken, but like I said my phone was perfect before they touched it) Also they will give you the "deal" even if you dont have a Groupon! So dont waste your time on a Groupon! So in this case I would suggest go to a different place where someone will not try to "upsale" you by disabling your speaker or mess up your phone that you cant charge it anymore.

Ive used these guys before. So I took my iPhone in for a simple battery replacement. Was told it would take 15 min. Got a damaged phone back which then turned into two days. 3 hours of waiting each day only to be told they could not fix it. They did refund me for the battery. After two techs worked on the phone it no longer works correctly. They offer no solutions other than more waiting. No loaner phone, no apology just a refund and a " oh well well look at it" Might not be the best choice for a repair shop. It certainly wasnt for me. Look at the other poor reviews seems to be the same problem... Wish I would have looked first. *** RESPONSE TO YOUR RESPONSE ** The phone was not in a "bootloop" you are misinformed. The phone was on and working when I came in. Also I did provide the pass code. I was there in YOUR office the ENTIRE time on BOTH days. 6 hours total and provided the pass code to both techs when asked for it. Your tech somehow damaged the phone and instead of doing the right thing you cop and attitude and try and make it my fault. Good business model

Amazing... My phone wouldnt play music through my headphones and I brought a replacement part for it... He said hed change it for $10 which was awesome because the other place I went to wouldnt use my part and was gonna charge $45 and then they broke their own part and wanted me to come back... He installed it and then it still wouldnt work... he explained to me that the motherboard probably had a problem and Id need to take it to samsung and see if it was under warranty and theyd fix it for free (it was and they did)... Then he didnt even charge me for his time replacing the headphone jack!!! AWESOME customer service right there... He has a customer for life... SIMPLY PUT... DONT GO ANYWHERE ELSE OTHER THEN THESE GUYS!!! Best price, friendly, change it out immediately (no "come back tmmrw"), and very informative on mobile devices... I have a Samsung Note 2
