My husband buys your tobacco all the time and lately hes been finding long black hairs in it. He is getting very upset with it. No one in our family has black hair! You really need to have your workers wear hair nets. I know tobacco is not a very clean product but I pay for it and expect it to be only tobacco and not some ones nasty hair!!!

I loved the tobacco - right up until the moment my husband found not ONE but TWO bugs, very much alive, crawling around in the bag he had just opened. Can anyone help me find out this companys website? I have a phone number but Im not too optimistic about it still being in service. L. Archer

The taste of the "Big Mountain filtered cigars" is a great taste, I had the Vanilla flavored. However the filter is so dense that when you draw on them it feels like the fillings are coming out of your teeth. Hope they fix that
