Customer service is terrible! I wouldnt recommend this shop to anyone! I had an issue with a purchase, and called them (same day). I was told they would help me out no problem. I told them I was on my way, from across town, the guy I spoke with said okay. I got there 5 minutes before closing, the door was locked, and no one answered the phone. When the guy who waited on me earlier came to let someone out the door, I told him who I was, he told me to come back next day! I explained that I had just called and was told to come on in. I also told him I had been there five minutes before closing. He actually yelled at me!!! So, I was going to upgrade to a product more expensive than my original purchase. Now, Im heading in this morning for a full damn refund!

Just purchased a Vaporesso Taro Pro mod along with an Aspire Cleito 120 tank and theyre amazing! This was my fourth purchase and the experience was exactly the same as the first, perfect! The staff there are very patient and attentive. They are very knowledgeable and experienced with the vast selection of products in the store. Special thanks to Chaz for helping me select a setup that is tailored to my vaping prefferences.

I just remembered why I hate this store in Decatur. Unless you have tatoos, piercing or a gender neutral hair cut, you are ignored...until you go behind the counter yourself to price items...then they come running and tell you "Your not allowed back there! Will stab myself in the eyeball before I set foot in this store again.

Vünderbar store. Is full of amazing things and peoples. Will spend lots of money. Vape, tobacco, body jewelry, rock n roll, the pop of culture, records, swords, toys, statues, clothes...the place with no gravity has it all. And a great staff of very knowledgable peoples. I am very friendly guy, so they are friendly to me.

I love the store it was an amazing place but the girls that work there especially the blonde one wouldnt help us at all we tried to get her help and she was horribly and we could even buy anything we wanted just because of her the store lost thousands of dollars that day from me and my wife

The only person in the store with any knowledge of all products is Chaz; otherwise do not waste your time. After trouble shooting, Margaret told me as well as another sales rep that I needed a new battery when it announced atomizer short. The same problem occurred with the new battery.

The guy who helped was very knowledgeable on everything in store. Three employees all made it a point to have conversation with us. Everyone was nice, had a few good laughs and enjoyed visit. This location is far better than Huntsville location.. look forward to coming back.

They are suppose to close at 8 on Fridays. I got there at 7:50 and they were locking the doors. I went to the new vapor shop in Decatur in the old round bank on Carridale. I will never go back to Zero Gravity again.

Please visit this store if you are interested in cool hip stuff. I travel the country and visit similar stores whenever I can and this is one of the best "head shop" style stores I have been to!
