Bluntly, they have a great layout, good prices, great glass art pieces, and a decent selection of E-juices. However, the staff is hit or miss depending on which one you meet. The owner is knowledgeable and helpful, but rarely there later in the day and busy when he is there.The curly haired girl is sweet but not as knowledgeable in some things as the rest. The girl with the Miley Cyrus hair is somewhat knowledgeable but arrogant and short also like the other review said she assumes she knows more than you and doesnt think she can be wrong. The rest of the staff I havent dealt with much or is fair. The Shoulder Length Pink/Blonde is very knowledgeable and helpful and by far the best to deal with though. If you know what you are looking for or want a pipe it is a decent place, but if you are new to vaping or interested in trying it, I would recommend going somewhere else if there isnt someone good there should you decide to visit.

They obviously dont want any future business from me. The younger clerk was quite rude and complacent when I told him the product he had just sold me three minutes before didnt work. I asked to exchange my battery, which I just bought and only walked with to my car, for a better battery for my needs. I was told all sales are final and I would need to purchase another battery if thats what I need. So, I did. I went to Smoke Token and purchased a new battery which actually worked for my purpose. The clerk was super friendly and helpful. Screw Marleys. Their crappy customer service lost all my future business and I would recommend you takes yours elsewhere too.

Love, love, love this place! Very warm and welcoming feel, definitely different than many Ive been to in the past. Amazing selection, literally everything you could ever need. Theyve got custom hand blown glass, as well as production pieces, vaporizers, e-ciggs, accessories, and much more. If they dont have it, just ask, they are very good at getting in requested product. Customer service is also amazing. The employees are very knowledgeable on the product and very friendly. I highly recommend checking this place out if youre in the area. Hell even if your not, make a trip down, all the art is definitely worth the drive.

When we went there the employee pretty much ignored us the whole time. I have been going here since the day they opened; over the year or so Ive noticed the staff changes and lack in inventory, also a skyrocket in prices for things that arent worth the money. Today was the last straw for me. The employee straight up ignored me when I got to the counter, I felt like I did something wrong by disturbing him. Then when a issue came up the owner got mad at me. He did give me a small discount but that doesnt make up for the terrible customer service and terrible attitudes displayed by both of them.

Smoke shop is nice, quality items. The OWNERS and MANAGEMENT are awesome, but beware you get one of the younger blonde women checking you out. Not only will she let you stand at the cash register for 10 minutes waiting for assistance, but when checking out people buying pipes always are allowed to skip before you, regardless off your wait. God forbid all you want is glass screens. Hiring people who actually enjoy their job would be a great start.

Do not go there looking to spend only 100 bucks. Everything is very overpriced for no reason. Pieces are decent. Employees are disrespectful and talk to you like youre stupid. They talk down to you if your opinion doesnt match theirs. Very dissatisfied. Smokin Tokin is where its at.

Bad customer service, got sneered at over the phone by some lady because she thought I was wrong about something. I was completely right, but that shouldnt matter. I was polite and respectful, and was treated poorly by their rude/ignorant staff.

The customer service is not like it used to be. Ive been going here for a couple years now. The new sales people they have in there make you feel invisible. Not spending my money in this place anymore.
