The customer service at this particular Goodwill, Berry Hill, was a joke. While donating an entire cart full of clothing/shoes and other items, I saw a small piece of furniture on the loading dock. I asked the nice worker, gentleman if this chair was for sale. He said if its on the dock it hasnt been "processed" yet and I would need to go inside and speak with the manager to see if they would sell the chair to me and to get the price. The manager, Tobias, was called to the front of the store and he proceeded to tell me that he would not sell me the chair until it was "processed". He wouldnt give me a time that this "processing" would take place or even offer to call me so I could pick the item up after this so called "processing" took place. He was not willing to accommodate my request or help find a solution to ensure that I got the piece of furniture. It seems absolutely assanine that a patron like myself, who is willing to give cash for a specific item, was not given the time of day by Tobias, the store manager. There was no willingness to accommodate my request. It was a slap n the face to me. Especially since I had just donated an entire cart full of items!! Im very unhappy about this situation and I will definitely find a more appreciative organization to take my donations.

This store no longer has nice housewares. Just a bunch of odd coffee cups and plates. I used to stop by several times a week but now it is just a waist of time. Last time I was there I looked at Rosetti purse behind the counter. The price of the purse was $49.95. Wow. That same purse could be purchased at Penneys new for $29.95. Im not sure where all of the items they are taking in at the ramp outside go but they are not going inside this store. It seems all of the decent items are going online now at inflated prices. A lot of people who would like to shop at goodwill do not know how to access a computer. Every time Im in there the sound system is constantly asking people to give their cars and estates to Goodwill. Where are all of the cars and estate items going. Im sure they are not going to these stores.

Dissapointed!! I used to be able to purchase books to donate to kids and families who couldnt afford certain authors. Mostly kids. Now they allow 3 online sellers to come in daily and sit for hours, visibly with a scanner to see the cost of the books before they buy them. They buy up ALL the books (Literally)! There arent any for the people they are meant for. Shameful. There are far more people shopping this store who actually want the books for themselves and would not otherwise have access. These sellers are also mean and possesive of the bins. Its not ethical and certainly not moral. This store manager should revist and consider their agencys integrity.

Goodwill Outlet is a great way to peruse other peoples trash. There are tons of clothes, shoes, books and household items, all in big bins with no organization. There are often treasures hiding in the junk. And lets be clear, most of the household goods bins are junk. But since you pay by weight, many things are far cheaper than buying them in the actual goodwill store. And light years cheaper than buying in a retail store. As an example, I bought a commercial rotary shredder for 3 or 4 dollars and sold it for 40 on eBay. I bought a football helmet for 2 dollars and sold it for 25.

I love the Goodwill Outlet. I have found some amazing, unbelievable things there. Some of my best finds include a Burberry Hand Bag, multiple Kate Spade Bags, multiple Dooney & Bourke Bags, a sofa table ($5) from Pottery Barn, Tory Burch Shoes, & a Marc Jacobs Bag. If you dont mind digging and spending a few hours there then this is the place for you. If you like to get it and get out in a hurry then dont waste your time.

We happened in in a day where they were just bringing out buggies with clothing or soft goods. They were bringing out buggies every few minutes. It was crazy exciting and we came home with a lot of stuff. I just can not find out about how it runs on a "normal" day. I cant wait to go back.

Sadly this store was very rude and not organized like the newer stores. The employees were quick to stop me from entering their store and it was 30 min before closing .. I wish I had turned around instead of rushing past her.

Back outlet was a madhouse when new bins were put out. People piling several carts full of clothes without even looking at the items. It was very sketchy. We left without touching anything.

The front store is good at Berry Hill but some guy named Howard steels everything off the trucks that any good and sells it out backs to his friends out back or away from store

There is a theft ring in the back store so you need to use caution when donating here. If your tax receipt does not match up with theirs then an IRS audit will be on the way

I love Goodwill. After 20+ years abroad, theres no place like Goodwill elsewhere ! A great form of recycling and allowing those with less money to dress like royalty.

I love this place! You have to like to dig, but there are some great finds here. I got an oreck vacuum for $7! Lots of great brand name clothing and household items.

Employees grab stuff as it is unloaded off the trucks then sell it in the parking lot at much higher prices to shoppers. Management should be ashamed of this store

One of the best places for "treasure hunting" its not always the cleanest and we wear gloves. But we always have a great time and the staff is super nice.

Good place to find a lot of stuff at an extremely cheap price. Some bad experiences with other rude customers but nothing bad about the business.

For a re-sale store they sell a pair of mens jeans for too close a price as a new one at some other clothing store.

Never seen anything like it. Vultures soaring through bins. I like a good deal, but this just seems wrong
