The store is clean but most of the staff is horrible. I was looming through the jewelry and needed some earrings for my girlfriend to be unlocked. I hit the customer service button at the register and 10 min later after being ignored I walked around to find a associate. When I located a woman who was folding clothes I asked who could help me and she replied with " I can her name was Denise. I told her I needed it unlocked and in a joking manner she said "thats too bad" I then walked back over to the area where there was another couple waiting now. Waited a good 10 more minutes while skee finished folding and chatting with another employee till she decided to help....with a awful attitude I might add.... I dont think its her fault but she does not need to be in customer service. When I called to discuss this with a Manger I was placed on hold again till I got a busy signal and hung up on. Id rather travel then shop there now.

Worst experience. I walked in to ask for a product, and they said to wait for 15 minutes until the person that works in that section to start their shift so they could help me. I waited, and it passed the time until it was 10mins after when they were supposed to show up. I had to ask another lady (who was nice) that works in another section to help check and get her, and she went back and got the same answer. I waited longer until the lady did show, and she scanned the bar code only to tell me they were out. The nice lady asked her if there was any way to check if the product was somewhere else, or if i could order it and the other lady just said "no". She clearly had no idea what to do. I tried then leaving the store the way i entered, but it was locked from every door. There was no one to help, so i had to circle the entire store just to get back to my car.

I walked in today to purchase some items for a Halloween party. One of these items was a 3 gallon beverage dispenser. I waited in line and reached the register where two sales associates were "helping me". One asked me "Did you know that this beverage dispenser has a crack in it?" Im thinking, "If I knew it had a crack in it, I wouldnt have attempted to purchase it." I said "no" and both of them looked at me with a blank stare for a few moments. The person ringing me up said "I can just ring it up and you can go get another one". So, manager Jason Harden, why couldnt her assistant go back there and get another one to replace your broken inventory? I have attached the lower part of my receipt if you feel like correcting what I believe to be bad customer service.

Horrible place. It was the first and last time I used the "pick up in store" online thinking I could run in and get the item quickly. First, it is ALL the way in the back where photos are done. Second, no one was the desk for 15 minutes. Six employees walked past me. NONE of them even pretended to care I was standing there alone. In fact, they were laughing it up having a good ole time NOT helping customers. By the time someone did come, I was on 25 minutes. By the time I actually got what I had paid for 2 hours previously, it was almost 40 minutes. I truly despise Walmart. I would pay 10% more at Target any day of the week. And I will.

We went to this location due to it being in the area of our hotel. There was this white gentleman of age that proceed to walk up on our nine year old so as he turned around. He stood there and looked as if there was a problem with our son and he stared him up and down. We them proceeded to shop and noticed that this man was following us around the store and once he saw that we were noticing him following us, he proceeded to make himself seem unseen. But again he was right behind us, we finally stopped and looked at him in disbelief and he went elsewhere.

I absolutely cannot stand their automotive department! We have had several issues with our vehicles after taking them there to be worked on. You would assume that you cant really mess up putting new tires on, but they can. The lady at the service desk is so rude, if you have a question she huffs about having to look up an answer on her computer. Seriously i would rather save up a little more money to go somewhere else and have the service on my vehicle done correctly the 1st time and have any questions answered by customer service politely.

Its hard to find someone to help you in any of the departments except the Pharmacy, Bakery and the Deli during the day (after 6 or so they close). When you do find an Associate they usually tell you its not their regular department and their just covering the area. Its hard to find someone especially in the Electronics that knows about the products they sell or at least tries to help. I have been told by several people that Walmart doesnt hire Customer Oriented People that they only hire people to Stock the shelves.

I disagree completely with those saying good things about the stock of this store. The store is clean, which is a plus seeings how most other Walmarts are not. However, they might be a little TOO clean, as in their stocked products are lacking as well as their reset to change it up and get new product out. I shouldnt have to drive 25-30 mins out to another Walmart that has done their reset to get what I want. EVERY OTHER WALMART IN THE AREA HAS DONE THEIR RESET EXCEPT THIS ONE. Really inefficient

Awful, have been a few times only to pick up items from online purchases and instantly remember why we hate WalMart. Employee went to go grab our item, finally came back 15 minutes later, and asked us what our last name was again because she was busy talking in the back and forgot. Gone again for 10 more minutes, and came back and asked us what the item was supposed to be. This was the worst one, but we have had the worst service from employees all 3 times we had to pick up items.

Large well-lit parking lot in safe neighborhood. Allows overnight parking. Open 24 hours. Clean restrooms. Reasonable prices on a wide variety of merchandise. Biggest problem is slow lines at checkout. They never have enough cashiers and u-scan is usually full too. Restaurant area is currently closed. Includes salon, vision care, and a few small businesses in the front that seem to change frequently. Two Redbox kiosks inside the grocery entrance.

Treated very poorly by the cashier. She seemed to be having a bad day but decided to take it out on the customers. She was rude to the family in front of us as well as me and my mom. The supervisor would honor the price of the item even though it was marked down, he said they had to charge what it rang up as. This has never been Wal-Matts policy before. Very disappointed.

Went in store to by two notebooks. Ive been in the store 30 minutes becauar the machines want read gift cards or checks.. 4 different lines. When i left all the people were still in lines waiting for the problems to be fixed. None of the lanes were closed down while the people wait. So the minor problem made alot of customers angrey... Over all a bad experience
