Brother Breeze

I have been to few stores with so many employees surrounding me (about 12) and not one asked if they could help me - even after I intentionally made eye contact with 8 of them while standing at the picture framing help counter for way longer than any customer should. Everyone was busy - stocking shelves mostly - but they did their level best to ignore me - a 50 year old man in a 3 piece suit who wanted to spend around $300 having two certificates framed. I bought 2 generic frames for $30 bucks total and left. I will not go back. Why? Because the cashier (Sara B?) asked if I found everything I needed. I answered, "except for service". Instead of attempting to help rectify the situation, she instead made excuses for the employees who would not help me - acting as if the situation was MY fault. She did not even apologize for the treatment. In fairness, she was not rude, nor disrespectful. Just incredibly unwilling to be helpful - just like her fellow employees. My wife quit going to this store because of similar experiences. I will join her in avoiding the place from now on.

I went here to purchase some fabric as recommended by my a friend, I asked one of the associates in the fabric department if they had any poly cotton blend, the woman stared at me like I was speaking another language... So I asked if they had any just polyester and she relied with "no I dont think we carry that fabric." So I told her what I was doing, I asked "Im trying to make a skirt, what kind of fabric would you recommend?" She just replied with " I dont know what you want so I cant help you." I was not happy... So I said "ok thank you anyway" and walked over to some black fabric and read what it was... POLY COTTON BLEND!!! These people have no idea what they are doing not to mention all of their fabric is cheap and thin, I went to Hancock fabrics and the woman there knew exactly what I wanted and showed me where it was and everything! I wouldnt go to hobby lobby for fabric... I would go to Hancock.

Its sad that there are more than enough people in the store but they are not available to help you. The fabric area had 5 people in line but only one employee to help and she was surrounded by five employees who were stocking shelves and doing everything but helping the customers. they were getting the shelves ready for customers but ignoring that we are already there and not getting waited on. I wanted to walk out.. it took me over a good hour to purchase my fabric. The manager even showed up at and saw the situation but refused to jump in and help.. he was gathering clearance signs for the customers.. Hello, were here and we are trying to buy something! Apparently , he wasnt a team player..

I always enjoy my time here. They have sales that span their entire selection at different times you visit. Theyve got everything from furniture to custom framing to art and craft supplies to fabrics to home and holiday decor. Im always sure to find what I need for any project Im working on. I absolutely love this place!

I make three or four trips per year to this place, almost always to pick supplies for the obligatory school science projects my kids. They almost always have exactly what we need. I would have given five stars, but the store could be easier to navigate, and it is not always easy to locate someone to help find things

The staff here is so unfriendly. Most of them act like youre a burden when you ask for help. Sorry, but not everyone is Martha Stewart! The prices are usually the most reasonable in town, especially when you catch them at the 50% off, so thats the only reason I keep going back.

I know the Hobby Lobby for 15 years when it was a small store on Rt 34 in NJ, they have grown to two stores in Old Bridge and Piscataway NJ. Hobby stuff is nice but they left out the little stuff like magic pranks, but do crafts and cloth well.

Customer service is OK. But not great. The store is one i dont prefer to shop at due to the poperi smell everywhere so it gives me a headache and is nauseating. The prices on certain items are good but other its just better to get elsewhere.

What I love about shopping here is that I hardly ever have to wait for my fabric to be cut. Been shopping at this store since they first opened. This store do need more selections in their fabric department.

I like the assortment, better than other places on yarn, just this week i ask for something especific, was some cotton yarns color I need for a proyect and the person in charge said she cant ask for it

Wonderful store! Large selection of home decor, crafts, furniture and seasonal items. Can easily spend a couple of hours in here. Employees are always very nice and prices are great.

Other than the overly christian inventory, pretty much all arts and crafts stuff can be found here and the employees are so sweet, knowledgeable, and helpful! 10/10 would recommend
