I went in to exchange an art book that I got for my wifes birthday, as the instructions were beyond her current level. This was done within just a few days of purchase with receipt. But, I was informed after some initial confusion of "wheres the price" that they could not return/exchange the book because of "copy right issues". I can guarantee that your store is the ONLY store that I have ever heard of such an issue - and I have worked with copy right items prior. This is quite sad, as due to this, my wife and myself will not only inform others of the poor return policy (that, mind you, is not posted any where to inform of this possible issue - including your website), but will now take our business elsewhere that is further away, just to ensure that such an issue may never occur again.

I had a very disappointing experience with custom framing at the Jones Valley Hobby Lobby.When I returned a framed piece to Hobby Lobby and told them I was unhappy with the frame because the finished product looked significantly different than the sample I used to select from, I was told there was nothing they could do, except sell me a new frame! From now on, Ill have all my framing done at Michaels on Airport Road. They have the ability to allow you to see your art in the frame you select on a computer monitor before you order. They also have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. The manager Lisa was a delight to work with.

Kind appreciation for top quality customer service in the Framing Department. Ms. Doris, a manager, remembered me and corrected my order, even after 9 months. When dusting a 50-year-old painted photo, I realized some months ago that it was missing museum-quality glass I had ordered. I finally took it back in early October 2013. Within 30 minutes, she had corrected and completed the original order. Walking out quickly and paying no extra charge, was a happy bonus. Ive had many original frames created at the HSV Jones Valley store, and this was the most memorable visit to date!

The store location off of Carl T Jones is nothing short of awful. Granted the store, in and of itself, is in great shape and stocked with plenty of wonderful things, the customer service is pathetic. The staff is excruciatingly rude and I have been dissatisfied with their lack of warmth towards customers on more than one occasion. For this to be a Christian store, their employees are nothing short of inhospitable and tactless. To the store, I would recommend putting a smile on your faces and maybe exuding somewhat of a kind attitude when speaking with clients.

I went into this store over aweek ago looking for drafting supplies and they were out. Someone said everything was on order and it would be in this last Weds. but for sure on the shelf on Thursday. Went in on Thursday and the same vacant shelves. The clerk said if not on the shelf, it wasnt in and recommended Staples! I am finished with Hobby Lobby. Bob g

No help finding items. Sent from one side of the store to the other and then back again. Given incorrect advice about floral clay. Now it is late and nothing will be done with the many flowers I bought for decoration day tomorrow morning!!! Disgusted with Hobby Lobby...
