The cashier Kimberly S. was extremely nice and helpful! She patiently waited as I scrolled through my never ending email inbox for a coupon that I thought I had and when I realized that I didnt have said coupon, she graciously gave me a coupon for 40% off anyway! Its people like this who make the world a better place! Thanks Kimberly! You are a rock star! Great customer service throughout! I could stay in that store for hours! :)

I rarely ever write a review, but the customer service was amazing! I called and spoke with Debbie who was incredibly helpful, friendly, and definitely sounded like she loves where shes work. She was able to help me find an item that I need. She offered to have it held until I can get there later this evening (literally just got off the phone with her) before I even had the chance to ask. Yea seriously awesome customer service!

I went for rubber cement thinner and forgot my coupon and they found one for me at the register. I looked for a rock tumbler as an afterthought and they dont carry them any more but they are going to bring them back. Two clerks helped me look for my items when I couldnt find it myself. Ill be coming back.

If youre into crafts and arts, who wouldnt like Michaels? Friendly staff, although selections of Christmas decors were almost gone the Sunday after Black Friday. Youd think they will be replenished especially its just the beginning of Christmas decorating... otherwise, all good.

Love shopping at Michaels. They had a great selection of canvas in stock when they were sold out online when I shopped here last. The store was a little messy but I kind of expected it since it was in the middle of the shopping day and they had a huge sale going on at the time.

Is there ever a Michaels that is not great. I spend hours in the store, doesnt everybody? LOL. Have always had a good experience at this store, always help around when you need it. The only thing that drives me crazy is that check out is always slow.

Good place to find most of your crafting needs. They do bot have fabric like other craft stores but they do have a framing department. We buy a lot of our kids crafting supplies here.
