I called from another store to locate a frame. They said they had three ane they would hold them. When i got there they were not up front as promised. Instead of having someone go get it, i had to cart my kid in the car seat back to get it myself. Then they tell me i actually drove up for one frame, not the three they promised. So i got back in line to wait to pay for my frame. Very poor customer service.

Not a favorite of mine, but for some crafts and school projects, you dont have much choice. I recommend avoiding it on weekends: the checkout line can be long, help hard to find, and parking not great. Weekdays youll have better luck navigating the confusing aisles, as well as getting help finding that one thing your kid HAS TO HAVE for the project that is probably due tomorrow morning.

For those who like crafts or need craft items, you cant go wrong with Michaels. The coupons they have on their website means you never have to pay full price. Of course they do have stock issues every time Ive been. The last time I went for the things I needed, they didnt have it. I ended up having to go to the Walmart across the street.

Its a nice craft store but its rather small and certain sections, like yarn, are very limited. Custom framing, storage, scrapbook, and floral are their biggest areas. Baking has a decent selection but is hit or miss if you want a specific style cake pan or edible toppers. Lines often back up on the weekend.

Decent store, a little on the small side in square footage it seems, may not be but it just seems tight and hard to maneuver. Team members are OK at the register but never could find help when browsing the aisles.

I had some custom framing done here. They did a great job. Be sure and use one of their online coupons to offset some of the cost because custom framing can get expensive.

Its pretty much the only craft store in town. Generally okay. Sometimes it really sucks depending on what time of day it is and how many people are shopping.
