I hate having to go here to look for items I cant find anywhere else - and not just because I am a man. Products are cheap quality and over-priced in general (if you buy furniture from here... never mind). If you can find an actual employee, they do not know anything, and do not care to help you. Or, they might tell you they dont carry an item... but you later find it accidentally in a totally non-logical aisle. Nobody likes working here. Directions are given to areas of the store, not individual aisles. Price tags are super-sticky and hard to remove, and usually cover important product information. The whole place reeks of bad potpourri as well. I give it 2 stars, because hidden in the back, are the stores only gems - great aisles for art supplies, models/rockets/trains, and kids science stuff, which is about the only reason I ever go back.

I was stocking up for my business and I was looking at this cupcake mold well a woman was pushing this huge load of boxes I guess to stock the shelves and my hands were full so I set down the cupcake holder and stepped to the side the woman didnt say a word to me stopped and put the cupcake mold on the shelf I got it from and kept moving . I was going to buy it and what I had in my hand but I just dropped it all and walked out Ive never seen such horrible customer service Im so glad Michaels opened down the road God is telling me hobby lobby doesnt deserve my business

Probably the only one stop craft store in town. The store has such a huge selection of craft items, fabrics, picture frames, model kits, science experiments along side toys and novelties for the kids. The unique items they have are my favorite thing to shop for. They have a shelf full of different knobs and handles to choose from just an an example of options. The only downside is the prices can get a bit up there sometimes but theres always that %40 off coupon to help out. I usually hit hobby lobby before the other craft stores when shopping.

So I went to check this store out today although the reviews were bad. I got to say I loved everything about this store. Not only did i fall in love with everything but also There was a little boy infront of me in line who was short $1 and the cashier took out his wallet and payed for the boys things. It was very nice of him. Something you dont see anymore. Also this store is a better version of Michaels

Every time I go in this place the cashiers give me a stink eye, arent friendly and today I asked one of them for a bag for my purchase and she acted like I was bothering her. This is the last time I give them my money. Maybe its just the one in Clarksville. I understand everyone has a bad day, but every single time, with different cashiers? Something has to give...

I agree about the cashiers... Thats the main downfall of this shop. You can find some really great things here and fantastic deals but every time I get rang out I feel like Im hassling them or something. I dont know if they dont like people or dont like their jobs... but there needs to be a serious customer service overhaul there.

It is always a delight shopping at hobby lobby. They have a great variety of items at a reasonable price and alwaus have great sales. It is great knowing that Im shopping at a place that has great values and stand up for their believes. Their Customer service is always on point and the store/ailes and bathrooms are always clean.

I love shopping here! I can spend hours in this place. I enjoy crafting, sewing, making jewelry and anything in between. They frequently have 50% sales. Friendly and helpful employees. Restroom is generally clean however the door is rather hard to open, takes muscle power!

If arts and crafts is your thing they have an amazing selection of just about anything you can imagine for even the pickiest of shopper. Their employees are always attentive and courteous and I love that they always have sales and offer discount coupons online.

LOVE this place! EXCELLENT prices on home decor - Christian wall art is my favorite at prices that cant be beat. (If what you want isnt on sale this week, just use the 40% off coupon available online, or wait until next week when itll probably be 50% off!)

Had one buggy full and needed another, items were falling from all sides. A clerk volunteered to get another Cart bring it to me and carry the full one to the register to wait for me. I also appreciate their values by not opening on Sundays and holidays.

Love going to Hobby Lobby and picking out more things for wreath making. I sell quit a few wreaths and I always find what I need there. Usually find one or two items more that go home with me that has nothing to do with wreaths.

My only complaints was there was limited yarn choices and there was a lot of glass items in the front of the store and in the isles... I brought my grandson who is seven... never again... too risky

Be great if the employees/management were descent people. Never speak, greet you or ask if you need help. When you let them know they could care less, really crappy people work here.

Not much to choose from but the prices are okay. Its not as expensive as Michaels but they dont have most of the stuff that Michaels have. Still a good place to shop.
