Poor communication, Rude, & do not value customer relations. Went there so far for two piercings, first was my tongue piercing, which went fine, and has healed well for me. That piercing was done fine. Second being redoing a nipple piercing I had ripped a while back. Was centered, but that was all. Issues I experienced: They do not show opening of any needles, jewlery, etc. So you have no idea if clean or risk of infection. *PLUS* Piercer does not clean you up after doing the piercing. Failed to communicate -Did not ask how I wanted my piercings done (How far back, verticle, horizontal, etc) Just kind of went ahead and did it how they felt like. My nipple piercing was done way too deep, I have inverted nipples & he didnt seem to have any clue what he was doing. Tongue thankfully was pretty much the placement Id like for the first one. (Planning on one father back) Very rude - Called them back shortly after my nipple was repierced and I had a chance to see it and notice how he did it. Mentioned I was unhappy with the placement ans was told "He did it how it was best" and if I took it out and redone, it would be done the exact same and would be on me. That isnt how you should treat someone who just got something done at your shop. Who fixed me up? Straight edge, I called them afterward all upset over how the people at Chrome Halo treated me. Got the ring out, and worked with me to get my piercing done how I wanted, letting me view marks in the mirror before just going ahead with things. Viewed everything come out of sanitized packaging. And he took his time to make sure it turned out well, and was cleaned up nicely afterward. Very friendly! Much, much reccomend going to Straight Edge over this place! Theyre much more likely to work with you, and be sure that youre happy! Bottom line; Piercing ideas? DONT GO HERE! Tattoo ideas? Sketchy, I havent seen their work however worries me they dont show their needles comong out of sterile packaging and they really seemed too rude for my business to ever go there again, regardless of their work.

Ok, I am usually not someone who writes reviews whether they be exceptionally good or bad but I felt the need to in this case. A few weeks a go i went to Chrome Halo and got a single cartilage piercing. Now i have had my cartilage pierced before and knew i had issues with my ear swelling so I asked for a bar instead of a hoop but was told "We cant do that." So I let him pierce me thinking it was something that no piercer was supposed to do with cartilage piercings. Well today my ear was feeling exceptionally sore so I had a friend look at it and try to open it up. She was unable to and told me that the hoop that happen put in had put a decent sized cut on the edge of my ear. I went to the piercer I usually go to to have her try and fix it. She ended up putting a BAR in and cleaning the cut, she then advised me to go ask for my money back. When i did so the response i got from Chrome Halos piercer was "I know for a fact i have never cut anyone and there are no refunds but feel free to take me to court," without even deigning to take a look at my ear. Normally I would take someone to court but its not worth it over $18 even though I may end up with a small scar on my ear. from now on I am going to stick to my regular piercer even if that means waiting till she gets back from vacation an paying $7 more.

I went to chrome halo to recieve a tattoo. They took an hour and a half just to get me a qoute and there was only one person ahead of me. As i waited patiently they told me i couldnt get the tattoo that day. That it would have to be drawn out and it wasnt a complicated tattoo definitely not a week worths. So as i thought of the next i would have off work. I spoke quietly to my girlfriend and i told her that we might have to go somewhere else a different day. The representative for chrome halo snatched the paper out of my hand, that i was about to write my contact info on, and waved "goodbye" so i just walked out. Pretty much a waste of time. They dont respect you. They dont even try to get to know you on a personal level. When hey call people for piercings they just call you by your number such as " peircing number 1 come back". Its ridiculous i would not recommend going to this place.

By far the most unprofessional tattoo parlor, I have ever been to here in Murfreesboro. So I gave a close friend of mine a ride here to get a piercing. He scheduled an appointment a day before at 4:30 PM. Later that day we arrive at 4:20 PM. While we walked in the store to check in for his appointment, one of the employees said that, the person who was suppose to do the piercing had a walk in tattoo, so we had to wait a few minutes. First of all, the the thing that bothers me the most is, what was the freaking point of scheduling an appointment when you have to wait after the walk in tattoo? Wasnt that the purpose of making an appointment? So that you dont have to wait? My buddy and I have literally been here for an hour. Poor, poor customer service. The worse place so far! Do not go here! They do not value your time at all! There are many places that are better!

I am new to the area and had been wanting a quarter sleeve for years. I checked out every tattoo artist in Mboro and Nashville with the criteria of clean, professional, creative, and willing to work with me on a personalized design. I have had several tattoos done over the years so knew how to select a good fit between artist and canvas. And I scored BIG TIME with Chrome Halo!! I was super impressed with their technology, customer service, and stellar health scores. But what really impressed me was their talent as artists. I came in with general concepts in mind and the artists took the time to produce a couple of different designs until they TOTALLY NAILED IT! I couldnt be more satisfied with my quarter sleeve and HIGHLY recommend any of the artists at Chrome Halo. I wont go anywhere else!

I went to get two simple piercings on my EAR and they couldnt even do that right. First, they say 2 for 30 but that is only if you want the crap piece they offer you. Then if you want a decent one they charge an extra 10 dollars for each one. Then I show them my student ID and they cant even do the math right to give me 10% of $50 they gave me $4 instead. Unless math has changed I dont think that is correct. Now on to the piercing, the guy did mark everything correctly but when it came to putting it in my ear he miss it entirely and pierced, pretty much, the side of my head. Oh, and when they give you a somewhat decent earring it is a dang star that is the size of Texas.
