I am not a long time customer of Kirby Wines and Liquors but my fascination to wines can be traced back to the staff of this establishment. Yes! That is true. I was and am clearly a beer fan and that is why I liked Kirby Wines and Liquors for their excellent variety on beers. Some days I wanted to try Wine and thats how the staff got a chance to help me choose some suitable to my palate. The staff is really engaging and knowledgeable paired with their excellent selection of wines. So now I like wine or at least like the ones they suggest!

I have been a long time customer for years. Angela was an awesome manager, since Brian has taken the position as manager things have gotten worse. He is rude to customers and doesnt give loyal customers the discount rewards. I went there this weekend and the staff was told to not honor the discount so I left and went to Busters. The prices are much better and the staff is friendly at Busters. I will never visit Kirby wines again.

I called in advance to see if they offered a military discount. I was told they would offer 10%. I didnt get a name.The manager? called someone since he said he was unaware of a discount when I got there. Whoever he spoke to gave authorization for the discount. However, he only gave me a discount on half of my purchase without saying a word... Totally misleading...

I love the selection here. They have good sales, informative news letters & a convenient location. I enjoy going there for the atmosphere, its a cool lookin place. They have decent prices too. I enjoy discount card they have also it comes in handy. Also they have all sorts of cool party favors too & accessories too. Its the only place I go to for liquor.

Kirby Wines and Liquors has a wide selection of spirits that many other places dont carry. They are willing to order special selections for the customer and the store is affordable enough. Also there are free events and wine tastings in the store each month and they offer a discount membership card.

I always find the staff very helpful and friendly here. The product is very well stocked and organized and they have very good choices. I wish they carried ice and means to fast chill a bottle if not in cooler. this would be an added bonus. keep up the good job
