The Wine Cellar is part wine shop, part wine bar. You can go in, pull a bottle off the shelf and enjoy it right there for just a small corking fee. Inside, its cozy and underground, outside... its some of the best seating on 3rd street. Plus, theres live jazz almost every Saturday night. It truly is a restaurant quality experience for half the cost.

Worst experience ever due to bad customer service. Do yourself a favor and go one town over to Coopers hawk Winery in St Charles. They know how to treat a guest and have quality wines.
