Wow!!! I usually dont leave reviews but this is a must. Amazing services, fresh food, and the staff beyond amazing. Im from Miami and you dont get service like this at any of there other locations. The General Manager was walking and interacting with everyone. He noticed I was on my phone responding to an email and grabbed my pager and brought my food to me. Again, great food, didnt have to wait more then 5 min for it, and the service is beyond expectations. Great job and keep up the great work guys. Ill definitely be coming back here when I am back in town.

Normally, I have freat experiences at Panera. I am not sure what is going on at the Jackson store. Went to the location today, nobody in front of me. I waited for several minutes. There were 4 people behind the counter, and they seemed to be meeting, oblivious to me standing and waiting for service. I decided to go use the restroom and return. There was someone being waited on. They got done, and the cashier walked away! I waited for a few more minutes, then left. I love Panera, but will steer clear of this one in the future

Paneras are always good and friendly, but they tend to be generic. We were traveling through Tennessee and stopped here. The girls behind the counter were friendly and the food was, as usual, good. However, our experience turned into one of the best Ive ever had in a Panera when "Mr. Danny," a charismatic and friendly employee, had such a good demeanor he truly made my day. This man is a treasure!

Poor service. They fixed my wifes food in a timely manner... My salad took forever. She was actually through eating by the time my salad was prepared. The teen food preps just smirked when I asked why the long wait. One said " sorry bro ". We spoke to the manager, she stated it was her fault as she had to read the manual on how to make the dressing.

The food is okay, and the menu seems foreign. The place is busy, and has good WiFi. Some of the food is bland, some is good. Its a nice place to eat, but not very fast in preparation. If youre a health nut, or tired of other sandwich shops, then you might want to try this place. It helps me appreciate the other sandwich shops.

The team at this location is fantastic. I eat at Panera Bread locations all over Tennessee, Indiana and Kentucky and always have a good experience but tonight at the location in Jackson, TN was above and beyond. The customer service was spot on, the food was prepared quickly and tasted great, Thanks!

I go to Panera Bread and alway been able to get food really fast.Even if the the place is busy. I have been in when they have had three cashiers going and still got my food fast and it has always been good.

Almost every single time I go to this location, the service is slow. Food is okay...except for the pastries. They look like crap. Either someone was just lazy with their job or they just didnt care.

Good selection of food, remote app makes pickup easy and they have BAGELS. Everything is stored in plastic and not paper, though. Makes the bread products too moist.
