Worst Starbucks in Champaign/Urbana. I never write reviews but felt this was necessary. I ordered via drive thru (my usual Iced Vanilla Chai with soy milk). THE SOY MILK WAS CURDLED (BAD). I found out by sipping a huge chunk of it. They had also added an extra shot of Chai (which I could tell because this is my usual drink) to perhaps cover up the bad milk? When I went back to explain what happened and to ask for a refund... the manager said, "Im sorry it didnt look right to you" and then refunded me. She didnt apologize that the milk was bad and she didnt pull the bad milk. My mom goes there often and said she wasnt surprised. Apparently THEY LEAVE OUT THE MILK IN-BETWEEN DRIVE THRU CUSTOMERS... and in this weather... no wonder the milk curdles. Legit Starbucks put away the milk between customers so the milk doesnt go bad. PLEASE AVOID THIS STARBUCKS AT ALL COSTS.

Ive been to this location a handful of times since they have opened. Its just like any other Starbucks if you have been to another of their chain locations. Recently I was gifted a gift card so I have been frequenting this location since it is on my war to work. Morning staff come off rude and rush you when ordering. I even tried looking items up online before coming because their drive thru menu has just a small amount of their huge variety. Still I was not sure if I was ordering the correct items because it wasnt on their menu outside. The afternoon staff have always been more cheery and willing to help me with menu items I dont see on the outside board. Starbucks will always be more of a treat for me because of the high prices expected from a major coffee chain. Ill continue to go to the chain but maybe another location.

I love Starbucks, but this one is pretty slow and the drinks are never very good here. The people that work there always seem like they are new and even though I go there often, I never see the same people. My drink which always gets whipped cream on it at other Starbucks never has it here. Once I tried to order a frappicino, and the guy asked me if I wanted it hot or iced!!!

Typical busy Starbucks, with typical overpriced coffee, but its so good. This location is way more convenient for me, and the buildings parking and layout is much better than the Prospect location. The staff is also more personable, as every time Ive been the cashier has asked me how my day was, if I was going to work, etc.

Ordered 30mins to closing, unsweet ice black tea w/ no water. Got a weird concoction. I would say it did have some black tea in it but had honey and a light berry flavor. Not a normally Starbucks encounter. They would have had to add extra flavors that would have taken more time and effort. Going to let this one slide.

Less than friendly service, long waits, and false advertising. Was in today and they were advertising a free gift card with any packaged holiday coffee or tea. When I tried to purchase this, they said they the coffee I chose was not included, even though it was specifically listed on the advertisement.

I met here to meet with my DJ for my wedding. I made no purchase and had no experience with the Starbucks staff as this was not the purpose of my visit. I choose Starbucks for meetings with my wedding vendors because of the quiet atmosphere and positive energy that it eminates.

This is the worst Starbucks ever!!!!!Slower than slow, and the drinks are never right! They are either short staffed or the staff that are working are more concerned about their social time! I drive clear across town to the other Starbucks so I dont have to deal with them!!!

Why only 3 stars...because this is consistently the SLOWEST Starbucks in world history. They must have a lot of turnover because everytime Im there they are training a newbie. I really wish they werent so freaking slow. Great location though, I love the nearby roundabout!

Im not a fan of Starbucks but this place was pretty well-lit inside with natural light. It seems like about 50 people can fit inside. Its not a cozy place, its more of a sleek, modern, open look. There are always long lines in the drive-thru.

My girls have been dying for a "secret menu" frappacino; Beretta was kind enough to take the extra time to look up the Frappacino they requested, concoct the special ingredients and make two 11 year old girls days. Thank you!

Standard starbucks. Newer building and very clean, but the parking is terrible. I recommend parking at the grocery store lot behind it and walking over, otherwise youll likely get a door ding from the very tight spaces.

Like most any Starbucks. Only complaint is their Mobile ordering has failed a few times and stated a drink was now available at this location, but if you use drivethru or go inside they are available.

Your standard run of the mill Starbucks, but this one seems louder and more echoey than most, and the lights inside are too bright. Stick to Café Kopi or Aroma for better coffee and ambiance.

Your typical Starbucks - impersonal and consistent. Drinks are fine and the staff are generally friendly. They do have some comfy seats and tons of outlets for your electronics.

Full of attitude. Just because you are busy doesnt mean you can take it out on the customers. Not just one employee but three of them gave me attitude. So rude and ridiculous.

They start turning off the lights at 9:30 when theyre suppose to close at 10, please dont do that! We like it here and want to stay until 10 :) Otherwise, a cute Starbucks.

Its the only one around, so be prepared for a bit of a wait at the drive-thru. However, the staff was friendly and the drinks are well done.

Always friend baristas and always great coffee. And the double bacon sandwich is pretty darn good as well.
