HORRIBLE customer service!!! I added money to card and then I ordered 3 drinks. I asked for one of the drinks, the Espresso Macchiato, to have caramel sauce added to it. The cashier then stated that is not the way the drink was. I then stated that is the way I had always asked for this drink and the baristas have made the drink like this for me before. The cashier then she stated that whoever did that before was making the drink incorrectly. Which is interesting because Starbucks always promotes the fact that "Your drink should be perfect, every time. If not, let us know and well make it right." I dont understand why we had to get so much attitude to add simple caramel sauce to my drink that would make me, the customer happy. I then noticed that I had asked for one of the drinks incorrectly. I accidentally ordered the caramel Macchiato but I wanted the green tea frap. We asked the cashier to please change it out and the next thing we know, we received a grande frap when we paid for a venti. She then stated that the grande frap was the same price as the caramel macchiato venti. But why she did not ask me if I wanted to pay the difference to receive the venti frap is where my confusion is at. Therefore, my daughter ended up talking to the cashier about her horrible attitude and all she could do is turn her back against my daughter as if she did not exist. Unfortunately, we could not get the name of this cashier but all I can say is that she was there on 03/20/16 at/around 05:55 PM at Drawer: 1 Reg: 1 checking out customers. For some reason Starbucks receipts do not have the names of the cashiers, which is interesting. But I cannot believe what a horrible experience this was and because of this, I may never buy Starbucks again. I wrote this review in hopes that it could help other customers that go to this Starbucks. My suggestion is to stay away or this same experience may happen to you! Thanks for reading!

My experience with this Starbucks location was not the best. The first person that took care of me was very nice but he got a simple order incorrect. A grande brewed coffee, 2 sugars no cream. They somehow heard that I wanted cream in my coffee. I went back and asked for the correct order, some other employee took care of me. She did not apologize for the incorrect order nor did she make the attempt to sound like she cared for the mistake. The place was not busy at the time I had entered so I thought a "sorry" was not asking too much. I know at my job if I were to do something wrong I would immediately apologize for my mistake. Also, I thought they would have given me a free coffee slip to make up for the mistake, but no. I believe a good attitude can get a business far.

Until yesterday this was one of my favorite starbucks to go to. Yesterday, a lady at the counter, seemed to be in a narcoleptic stupor and took forever for the coffee which usually takes less than a minute to make for the other employees here. I made the mistake of pointing out she had taken 10 minutes with my coffee, whereupon she went on to grind coffee instead of handing me my coffee. I am very tolerant of delays but the sheer ineptitude on display here has riled me so much that I had to speak out. Remember, there are a lot of others whould be thankful to have her job in this economy.

Good place but staff seem to get overwhelmed when busy. Edit: I had given 4 stars in the past but the last 2 times i went in, they were totally in chaos, took 15 minutes to get the guy in front of me his order correct then I stood for another 5 minutes and no one came up to help. People coming in for coffee want fast service, not waste 20 minutes of their lives waiting for poorly trained staff. Not good at all. Wont be coming back!

This is a good location. It can get busy, but they never skimp you on the coffee and in the off chance they mess up your order they quickly make it right. I enjoy nearly all of the employees here in the morning shift when I normally come! There is a really sweet girl who works evenings too, and I wish I caught her name so I could give her some credit. Always working the drive through window, very polite and fast

This location is clearly under new management. What used to be long waits both in the drive through and in the store has been replaced by fast, convenient service with a smile and a great attitude. The store is cleaner and the people behind the counter look like they actually like working there which is reflected in the overall improvements in the service This is back to being my favorite Starbucks!

One of the best Starbucks around the block. Quiet and clean. I can give a thump up for baristas. No exceptions. they make right most of the time . The best times are mornings. at late afternoon it get a bit hectic schedule because of students hangouts there just for a short time though.
