Two days in a row I have used the app to place a rapid pickup. Yesterday, when I arrived to pick up my order, not only was the staff EXTREMELY slow for such a busy time and lo,g line but my order hadnt even been started. I specifically placed an order for a bagel pack an hour ahead of time due to a time crunch to get to a meeting. Very frustrating. Today, I again placed another order for a bagel pack on rapid pickup and when I went to pick up I could see my competed order behind the counter. Again, the staff was extremely slow and had no concern for the growing line. After several minutes in line, I finally had to grab someone to tell them "hey I just need my order!" What is the point of "rapid pickup" if I cant even order an hour ahead of time and its still late! I will not be using this location again.

Unbelievably slow in morning getting a simple bagel, and dont always have the coffee or tea ready half hour into opening. Would love to make them part of morning routine, but cannot with waiting times being so unpredictable, and staff that seems apathetic about it. They seem more concerned getting ready for lunch than serving customers they have now.

Service is always really good. Im usually there on Saturday morning and it gets very busy. There are some great spots to sit, especially by the double-sided gas fireplace, and a tucked-away corner left of the service counter. But during the busy times, it can get pretty loud, with all the equipment running sounds and alarms, etc.

I love Panera but visited the location in Elgin Illinois and was the worst sandwiches ever. The turkey BLT was made on sour dough bread ENDS... birds wouldnt even eat that much crust...the two tuna sandwiches were also very disappointing on the quality of bread...i will never return to that Panera location.

Rapid pickup was almost 10 minutes late and the order was incomplete when I got home. Someone that I assume was the manager tried to explain to me the reason for the delay, which didnt make sense considering the situation, further delaying me from getting the food home. So much for rapid...

Worst food ever signature sandwiches....rip off! complained about the lack of onions, they just stood there and did nothing. Ordered steak and cheese sandwich, wheres the steak? Stay away from this place if your coming for breakfast. Bad, bad, bad....I write food columns too. Bad job.

I show up at 5:30pm and they only have a few bagels so if you want something non-sweet is asiago cheese only. Its not like theyre getting ready to close! Offer the rest of the menu selection most places carry? Its not like people come here and expect bagels, is it? Provide

First time at this location. I ordered two bread bowl soups. The guy who made them gave us very little soup. I noticed this as I got to the bottom of the bread bowl. There was more bread than soup. I came here today not to long ago

Not one of the best Panera around. At least they can cook the steak sandwich right. Most cant. 3 stars because the ice tea is always empty and you have a grand total of 1 garbage can in the entire restaurant.

Went for lunch. Friendly service, food ready in 5 min. If you want the best selection for pastries/bagels, go in the morning. They bake fresh daily, and once something is sold out, you are out of luck.
