Drove to store thinking they had (60min)shoes,no help. Seem very confused,didnt want sell shoes to people. Only help new guy(Joseph), make sure you clean your shoes because if they are tattered or have some dirt and dog hair on the shoes. The ladies there will treat you like Julia Roberts .You better have Richard Gere money. Seriously. (Thanks Joseph for the help) For men shoes didnt have 4e.First and last trip for us working people. Found two pairs across street for same price as one, People more friendly. Maybe its because we were first costumers of the day???

Terrible customer service. Went into store at 4:00 on Friday, August 12, and was greeted by a salesman who clearly did not want to wait on me. Was arrogant and rude when I asked any questions. I felt like I was in a mall sports store with a 16 year old waiting on me. Thought I was going yo have to go into the back to get shoes myself to try on. Will NEVER go to a New Balance store again. Would rather buy shoes at Kohls! I give this store ZERO stars!

Went in somewhat on the fence about what I was looking for. Then I met John who I found to be a total asset to the company and the store. Great Guy and very helpful. Walked out with Shoes, Laces and even insoles for my sons new Nikes. Highly recommend popping in and seeing the selection and also John. He was Great!

I was treated great even though I stated up front I was looking to order custom NB1s from the website. Was expertly fit and offered an insole to help with an arch problem I have. All worked out excellently so Ill be back. :)
