Because it is necessary to tap a star level to get an opportunity to review I have given one star. I have recently moved to Collierville and have already had two bad experiences here. One experience resulted in a purchase of a different wine which cost more. The second (shame on me) was a very embarrassing interaction in which my 30 year old daughter forgot her ID. I offered to provide ID and pay and my daughter was told to "never do that again." The implication was that we were trying to pull something. I will go out of my way to avoid incident three.

They have always helped me out. Theyre not racist at all! The law in that city requires them to card everyone. Half the time Ill have my ID out so they dont even have to ask. Read the signs clearly posted before you break laws and then complain about your experience. Great people work here who have always been nice and friendly to me and my family.

Ive found the staff here to be very helpful, friendly, and decidedly non-racist. I only drink the occasional bottle of wine but the staff has always helped me choose excellent bottles in my price range. Kudos all the way round.
