One employee who I took to be a manager was stocking the shelves around me as I shopped. She kept saying excuse me in a tone that said she wished Id get out of the way completely. Her movements were so sporadic I had no idea which way she was going but it was always to where I chose to move next. She was NOT helpful at all when I asked about a particular product and another customer overheard and offered to help me, thankfully. They could not pull up my discount card info on the computer and even though I KNOW its not expired, they told me it was. They had to make a call on the phone to look it up instead of being able to look it up on the computer like every other Sallys Ive been to. Very poor customer svc!!

We arrived at Sallys at 7:54 on a Thursday, my wife was just running in to get a pack of combs. A lady was at the door pushing people out, but when my wife tried to enter she wouldnt let her, saying they need to close up early. My wife then called the store manager (still in there) and she said the same. Apparently, this store doesnt care about the customer, they just want your money, when they "Feel like it". They dont deserve my business or yours.

I dont shop this store much, but everytime I do they are having some issues with their register/debit card, not sure why? Staff is friendly though :)
